Saurian is a survival-simulation experience about living the life of a dinosaur. Starting from the egg, you must survive to adulthood amidst the perilous Hell Creek ecosystem of 66 million years ago, meticulously reconstructed with the help of professional paleontologists.

Forget the developer and look at the game. It's good where it left off and I understand the problems it had, it's still good. If they developers continued the game, they could've tweaked AI realism here and there and add more playables like rex and pachy (inside the character menu but not playable) that is really all.
This is a cool simulator. If you want to be a dinosaur, this is a great way to do it!..
yoooo this is a very good game i like it but four years of the demo, nah thats craizy. fix the game!
I've had this game for 5 years and at this point, I'm getting tired of it. The gameplay has barely changed since I bought it and some aspects just don't work. My main issue with Saurian is the ease of play. the easiest difficulty is too hard. I get what they were going for, but if you want to make a realistic Dinosaur simulator that is engaging to players, the lowest difficulty needs to be more like Minecraft Survival mode on Peaceful. If you enjoy the mundane life of a Triceratops, then it's okay, but being a solo carnivore in pre-Alpha is really, really hard. I have spent most of my recent game surviving off carion, turtles and the occasional crocdile. If you're going to play this game as a carnivore, wait until they add Tyrannosaurus, but given the development rate, that may never happen.
I recomend this a lot! Yes, I know it was abandoned and the A.I sucks, but besides that, the graphics are AMAZING! The only thing I don't like is that we only have 2 playables, other than that, I love this game! Worth 20$
The potential man of dinosaur survival simulators.
game fell off, havent gotten a dev up date sense 2023
Awesome. Maybe more updates, though.
I haven't had a dedicated playthrough of this game for around 8 years I'd say but from what I've seen nothing much has changed since then. Overall it had really good potential but unfortunately it sounds like the lead dev ran off with all the money a few years ago. Maybe only buy on a sale
