Spears, Axes, Bows, Spearguns, and so much more can all be crafted through an interactive crafting menu or by the quick-craft selection wheel. Items in your inventory and on the ground around you can all be crafted into something useful.

This game is one of my favorite games of all time but I don't know what happened to it recently. Stuff has been disappearing. First it was my crude axe, then it was my refined knife, and then my entire f$%#ing pile of rocks disappeared. All my rocks, evaporated from this mortal plane. That was the final straw because I'm not going to travel to another island for more rocks just for more of my stuff to disappear eventually. This really is a fantastic game but unfortunately it's bugged and the most recent update was 2024... If they have patched the bugs since this review, PLAY THIS GAME. ITS SO FUN. If not? trust me the bugs will make you want to stop playing.
Какие бы теплые воспоминания меня не связывали с этой игрой, того самого школьника что возвращался после учебы садился играть в этот бесконечный выживач с такими же бесконечными островами и с нетерпением ждал выхода новой серии приключений Юджина и Устрицы, на сегодняшний день я должен сказать что это совсем не то, каким бы я хотел видеть игру спустя столько лет разработки... Геймплей очень изменился и я бы не сказал что в лучшую сторону, раньше было удобнее и более понятно. Графически как по мне изменения каждому по своему, но как по мне раньше менее ядовитые тона были приятными. Разнообразие предметов как будто куда то испарилось, этот момент я вообще не понял, где лут? Куда делись инструменты из затонувших кораблей, за все время больше молотка ничего не находил. Система ЛВЛ-АП вообще бесполезна и как по мне лишняя для такого проекта. У меня по чему то крафт вообще криво-косо работал, вокруг меня ресурсы, в инвентаре ресурсы, а игра говорит что ничего нет, выбросил все на пол и снова взял в руки - заработало. Ну и самое главное из-за чего я запросил возврат средств - БАГИ, раньше это была фишка этой игры, как бы это глупо не звучало, но они были И БЫЛИ ОНИ ВЕСЕЛЫМИ: Гипергребля и Гиперудары это же вообще сок и такое веселье Полеты на предметах "Песчаные акулы" - те кто это застал поймут Неадекватный спавн пасхальных предметов Тонущие и потом резко выплывающие плоты И так наверное до бесконечности.... Но тут....Кооп просто отвратительно работает, предметы буквально исчезают, что с пола, что из инвентаря, акулы опасности не представляют от слова совсем, "ядовитые звезды" и морские ежи под текстурами, недоступные в общем меню крафта, но доступные в быстром крафте чертежи и тд и тп, отбили все желание играть в эту игру. Спасибо за детство и просто прекрасные воспоминания, но дальше я пойду без тебя проходить и бесконечно выживать в форест....

This was my father's gateway game into the world of gaming. This was his first ever steam purchase. We played this game for hours and hours. Over 150+ hours before he found his true love of games, DayZ. Besides the point, this was the game that started it all. Allowed us to become so much closer than we ever could have before. Living extremely far from one another, this was one of the only ways we communicated and were able to - enjoy - each others company. Thank you to Beam for igniting my dads short gaming journey of about 6 years. He passed away earlier this year. I would give anything in the world, to just play this game with him one last time. В эту игру надо было играть ещё в 2016 году, когда в ней были те самые прикольные баги вроде летающей пальмы)) Когда я смотрел летсплеи Юджина 9 лет назад, даже не думал, что игру так сильно изменят. Не скажу, что она стала плохой, но некоторые вещи можно было оставить как есть, а некоторые нововведения, на мой взгляд, вообще были не нужны. К тому же игра до сих пор ощущается немного сырой и, как по мне, уступает другим представителям жанра выживания. Literally unplayable game breaking bugs every 5 minutes, constant crashing on multiplayer, don't waste your money.

The game has a lot of potential but there's broken functions within the game. Certain tasks don't get marked completed and then you're stuck in limbo. Either restart the game and lose all progress or lose all progress...
If you like the idea of this game, then go play Raft. If you've played Raft, then you won't be impressed by anything here in the slightest. If you don't like the ocean then go play Green Hell. Tedious, buggy, poor UI, abandoned, and unoriginal. One of the extremely few games that I've refunded. Amateur work that will not be improved upon.
