RPG Tycoon

Buggy mess. Lots of good ideas and a great concept with almost no follow through. Game is basically in an early access state and abandonware by the developer.

Comprei o jogo anos atrás, logo quando lançou ou um pouco antes... Na época parecia um jogo com um futuro bom, mas infelizmente logo após pouco a pouco foi ficando no esquecimento, diminuindo muito a quantidade de bugs [b] mas não corrigido de todos [/b] ... O jogo vale a pena a jogar como qualquer outro Tycoon ou gerenciamento, porém compre apenas em promoçao se tiver curioso em jogar...

Fun game with a lot of potential, but littered with bugs that can ruin entire playthroughs. Unless these are fixed, I can't recommend it.

Ich würde das Spiel gerne mögen, aber es lässt mich nicht. Ich habe jetzt schon zwei Spielstände, die einfach nicht mehr starten. Und ständig von vorne anzufangen, macht jetzt auch nicht sooo Spaß. Auch, wenn ich eigentlich erst angefangen hatte. Den späteren Content (sollte es ihn denn geben) durfte ich so noch nicht mal sehen. Kurzum: Das Spiel ist buggy. Beim ersten Spielstand blendete sich ein Overlay nicht mehr aus. Es blieb ohne Hintergrund mittig zentriert, sodass ich nichts anderes mehr machen konnte. Als ich das Spiel neustarten wollte, ging der Spielstand nicht mehr. Beim zweiten Spielstand sind in die Ecken der Karte Häuser geglitcht und da der Speicherstand jetzt auch nicht mehr läd, schätze ich, es liegt daran. Das Spiel würde eigentlich Spaß machen! Man zieht ein kleines Pixeldorf hoch, sorgt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um Geld zu verdienen, stellt Helden an und schickt sie auf Missionen (wo man sogar den passenden Reiseproviant für unterschiedliche Questarten herausfinden UND in der richtigen Reihenfolge (1-6) "einpacken" muss, was ich als eine gute Idee empfinde), nimmt Siedlungen ein, die es upzugraden und zu beschützen gilt, und verbessert sein Königreich, um neue Gebäude freizuschalten. An sich wirklich cool, aber durch diese Gambreaking-Bugs, die auch wohl leider nicht mehr gefixt werden, da das Spiel ewig keine Updates bekommen hat, ist "RPG Tycoon" so leider nicht spielbar.

The game seems very unfinished after 5 years of work, has bugs, is overly complicated, and isnt very fun.

Would recommend the game if developer simply fixed the bug that doesn't allow you to load save files. One crash and your run is done. Was enjoying it otherwise.

For $10 its not horrible. Download the demo. the Demo is actually better than the game IMO. if you liked the demo a lot you will probably like the game. but there is almost nothing more to the game than the demo. The demo literally shows you everything this game does, and the game is very "railroady" to progress you have to do things in the exact order it tells you which means city customization is super minimal. good for like 2-3 hrs if you are bored. little to no reply value.
