TLDR; I mean it is simple and easy to navigate. I wouldn't say it is worth $16 but it wouldn't be bad to support a solo dev on something so smooth and polished in such a simple and beginning state. Overview: Rocky Planet is just what the name states, a planet filled with rocks.... and trees, and bushes, crabs turtles, cactus men and more. (EDIT: With the GPS update you can now find your way around.) You will find yourself in the middle of no where with no map, no compass, and no way of plotting your path. The immediate objective is to find food and build shelter... but at the moment there isn't much more to do. The house is pretty simple to build with only 1 option for each part. One type of floor, one type of wall, one type of door and what not. I could see this turning into an amazing game as it is obvious the creator has put some time and effort into making it. Although, I will say, in the current state you get bored in a few hours of game play. Pros: Smooth, small files, easy to navigate menus and options are SUPER SIMPLE... Cons: No depth, no content, no way to control audio inside the game. 2/10 stars Price: $20 Worth: $5 in current state maybe $10 in the future. I am going to go ahead and recommend this game as it is a decent EA that doesn't have any bugs that I can find. I would HIGHLY Recommend you get it on sale... 35% or more would be your best option.
My wife and i support this game, she saw the post on facebook and decided to get it. will be awesome to watch this game grow.
I liked your game, it's pretty relaxing, thanks for the key (I'm the Garrix guy from reddit), it's simple enough you don't get bored of grinding, but has enough stuff to grind that you don't finish it that quick, i'm sure you can build a lot of cool stuff as well Over all, the game still has some bugs, but it worked pretty smooth, and i enjoyed the 24 minutes i played, good game :)
Easy, and really fun!
Three things, Rocks Planet Cactus Cool This game is the best open world survival game to drop in the market. Even topping the AAA market. Ive even seen this game called "Planta" and this even tops that. I can state as a fact that this game will be seen in the upcoming game awards ft. DrDisrespect. Im so excited to see what is in store in the upcoming releases of this hit title. This game sparks innovation in the open world survival genre. I will be playing this game for the upcoming years and will maybe excite my ex wife's kids to see me again. P.s. this game is terr- *Gunshot*, *Muffled Scream*, ~Silence~.
It's... alright. At the current stage, I don't recommend due to it being released only this year and barely having any content. I see the potential for this game, and I want it to get there, but it just doesn't quite hit the mark just yet. I basically crafted everything of importance and progression with 35 minutes and exhausted the game of it's "leveling" system of just getting the next new and shiny ore. Building a house is not difficult, but a little rigid. With more customization and more things to put in the house, it'll feel more fulfilling. The thing this game does best is put you in a relaxed mood. Nothing stressful with this title. Keep an eye on this from time to time, but I'm not sure I recommend it just yet. Just give it a little time. Might change my review in the future. If you do purchase this game, either get it extremely discounted or get it for free if that's even an option.
If your new to survival games then go ahead and get it. Thats if ya want to build a single level floor and really there is no grind or anything to it. just quick build and eat something bout every 15 to 20 mins that I noticed. There's not much anything to build at all. The floors are glitched. You fall right through them and as I can see. It seems like it's a quick cash and leave. No update for 5 months. I wouldn't suggest this at all to your average survival sandbox player at all. Newbie at max just so they get a small hint but there is so many better choices for them to even start from. As for price to game worth really matches it cause it's not even worth a dollar. As reading the comments it's very misleading. If the developer would get back to working on the game. Progressing it to be better and then maybe I would change my review. But as it stands it's best for a kid younger then 10 getting into survival but then they have roblox.
amazing game not as good as fotrnite but its up there for sure
A very cool and relax game, a few improvements to make but still a great indy game. Can't wait for the next version !
great game, i absolutely recommend it to everybody, the only problem is the fact that it lags at night like it is trying to break a record
