Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
You don't know how much I enjoyed this game. It's fantastic; I loved it. I had so much fun playing the main story and the extras. Doing The Mercenaries was such a pain, but it was fun and satisfying to achieve. I love the characters, the enemies, the level design, the items, everything! It's such a good game, and I enjoyed every minute of those 142 hours. Of course, depending on the difficulty, some areas could be annoying, but I would say that was a skill issue- my bad. My favorite aspect of this game is the voices for the enemies and all the characters. The villagers (Ahí está!) and the people in the castle (Morir es vivir, morir es vivir) are something I love listening to. The merchant? Great, I was saying "what are you buyin'?" with his voice from time to time. Salazar? Such a funny villain, great design and voice. And of course, Ada does an amazing job. Definitely a game you should play. I love the story, the gameplay, the music/sounds... all of it. Playing with the RE4 HD Project makes everything look so good, keeping that original style; it's perfect. So, yeah. Awesome game.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is a very good
Rating: 9.4/10 Resident Evil 4 is a classic survival horror action game that combines tense exploration, third-person combat, resource management, and a memorable cinematic presentation. Players take control of Leon S. Kennedy as he travels to a remote European region to rescue the president's daughter while facing hostile villagers, dangerous creatures, and increasingly disturbing threats. The game successfully balances horror and action, creating an experience that feels tense without becoming overly slow or restrictive. The game's strongest aspect is its combat and pacing. The over-the-shoulder perspective makes aiming and positioning much more engaging, while the limited ammunition and inventory space encourage players to think carefully about which weapons and items they carry. Enemy encounters are varied enough to keep combat interesting, and the gradual introduction of new weapons and stronger enemies gives the adventure a satisfying sense of progression. The environments also offer plenty of memorable moments, from tense village encounters to more atmospheric exploration and larger action sequences. Even after many years, the gameplay remains surprisingly enjoyable and influential. The main limitation is that some elements have naturally aged, particularly the controls and certain aspects of the presentation. The movement can initially feel restrictive compared with modern third-person games, and some of the dialogue and character interactions have a distinctly early-2000s style. A few sections also move further toward action than traditional survival horror. Despite these minor issues, Resident Evil 4 remains an outstanding game and an important milestone for both survival horror and third-person action games. Its memorable atmosphere, excellent combat, strong pacing, and satisfying progression make it an easy recommendation for fans of classic horror and action games.
