It's WWII. You're a general sitting in a tent. All you have is a map, and a radio. Can you win the battle? Radio General is a unique strategy game where you interact with your units over the radio using speech recognition. Test your mettle and relive famous battles as a WWII general.

Now I know what it feels like to hopelessly watch all my men get wiped out one by one as I hear their cries on the radio.
What a great concept... but: It just doesnt work. I use a room mic (siren v3) and it picks up perfectly yet the speech recognition is like from 20 years ago... just terrible... and since that is kind of the main feature of this game, I can´t give it a thumbs up. Ill revisit this game once they have learned what AI is and what it´s capable of these days.
Good, but the tutorial has a lot of voice recognition bugs that can drive you mad, but the normal campaign is working better for now..
How to you make a game with voice commands and have them be worst then Endwar that came out in 2008. I was hoping this was gonna scratch that armchair general itch for a game. But alas you can't get voice to work on last bit of call/ anything that has location in it.
pretty sick ass game
Fun game but it does have some balance issues and can be overwhelming in the last few missions.
gud
Very interesting game. Its not a masterpiece, but if you are a history nerd and like tactical strategy, its well worth the money
Oh, what's that? Five years ago? Another radio commanding game? Cool, i wanna try this. Three Hours later

BARK BARK BARK, -Tfu blyat, Baker, move to Location 1
I SAID FIRE BARRAGE AT HOTEL 3, HOW DID YOU HEARD GOLF 8?!
My english isn't good enough, i know that, but WHY CAN'T YOU HEAR MY "ANTI-TANK GUN" IF EVEN GOOGLE TRANSLATE HEARD THAT!?
I could have bad english accent or not good enough microphone for this game, but i just decided to call this "radio interference". But it still plays fun and i'm happy with purchase.
