Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Voto 8.5
Piece of crap, feels more like a chore than a game. Mostly because of the Nexuspoints. They suck out any fun...

Comes so close to perfection on so many fronts but shoots itself in the foot before sticking the landing. This game is neither fast paced like Quake nor a slower, more methodical shooter like Ion Fury. It occupies this awkward middle ground. Circle-strafing isn't a viable strategy because enemies lead their shots. It could've worked as a cover shooter but there are many events when a horde of enemies just teleport all around you and you can't tell what's going on because of all the particle effects in the way. Checkpoint system is terrible. Lives system would have been better. Level design is confusing and that makes secrets annoying to find. They can't even be ignored because finding them is the only way to unlock weapons. Never had the intention of refunding this game just from the hope that a modder someday would fix all the small things that make this game incredibly frustrating.
online reviewers have criticized prodeus for being too flat and samey, they also don't seem to have played past level 5. there's plenty of level variation once you dig in. art and level design is great. brushwork, texturing, materials are all masterful. the enemies are well designed and fit their environments well, and the entire package is really well put together. cohesive, and somehow manages to be hi-fidelity and low poly without looking like an amateur HD texture pack. unfortunately there are also gripes: I wish I could disable billboard mode for all objects not just enemies. the combat felt kind of boring: never had enough shotty ammo, and the pistol is OP with headshots, this made me play sneaky peeky mostly and save rockets, plasma, and rail gun for the frequent arenas. lots of the weapons are redundant, and unlocking them is necessary to unlock sprint, double jump, and the bandolier which are indispensible in later levels. the splatmaps are really impressive, but commitment to the spectacle of excessive neon gore seems to have detracted from nearly every other element of the game. soundtrack was competent but also generic. I turned it off. good for indie sounds backhanded but the campaign was short, and if there was a story I missed it. I only found a few terminals with some flavor text and some hero titles would pop up when entering or unlocking key locations. the game feels like a demo, I'd like to play some of the custom campaigns but the top rated ones are listed as "unpublished" in the ingame content browser. it's worth playing if you're already a fan of doom and quake. I don't remember how I got it, I think in a bundle or sale yonks back so I can't speak to the price. the DLC looks interesting.
Очень красивый пиксель арт оружия ,тот самый дробовик который везде нужен.10 из 10
I didn't hate Prodeus but it's not an FPS I'm interested in playing again because it's too much like Doom and some of the features unique to it aren't appealing. It's so much like Doom that I began labeling the enemies "not-Cacodemons" and "not-Imps." Even the level progression reminds me of Doom but instead of Hell you go to the Chaos Realm. There is a story that you can find on terminals in various levels, but I only found some of them. The story isn't anything special and seems like a hybrid of Doom and Quake's stories. I don't really play these games for the story, thankfully. The checkpoint respawn is dumb because all the enemies remain killed. You can still challenge yourself by restarting the entire level from scratch which is what I recommend for this game. There are a variety of weapons and I liked most of them. These weapons and other upgrades are locked behind finding pieces of ore in each level, which means you have to scour every map to find them. I'm not thrilled by this system and I would prefer secrets to be a little bonus you get (like obtaining a weapon earlier in the game, for example) instead of a requirement because the levels aren't interesting enough for a revisit. I did enjoy the gore a lot and the graphics are pretty decent if you like the retro pixelated look. Overall, it's not a bad game but it doesn't offer anything superior to the numerous free fan-made levels for Doom.
Prodeus sits nicely between classic Doom and Doom (2016). The way the environments get painted with every shot is satisfying. The weapons and enemy variety largely follow the classic Doom formula, which is great if you’re into “boomer shooters.” As a fan of the genre, the game started off really strong for me. However, the later level design and the shop system dragged the experience down a bit. Normally, I like to finish shooters on Normal (default) and replay them on Hard, but with Prodeus I just didn’t feel the urge to go back. I’d rather replay something else from my library. It’s good, not great. I don’t regret buying it, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re bored and can grab it on sale or in a bundle.
Me (PC) and the hubby (Steam Deck (out of box play with this he tells me) got this game for around $15 (+tax) and we are having a blast with it, we enjoyed Quake 2 together and this game is just as fun. Thank you devs, just wish there where skins to unlock. Iirc Devs said the unlocks where back from Kickstarter days. We both agree this game is definitely a ton more fun with a partner then by yourself. ☺️💕 And the hubby said, "and the enemies are so satisfying blowing up". 🤣🤣🤣🤣 And I can see that.
lowkey just play doom mods or something this game doesn't have too much going for it
