Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 14 → 5.33/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cinematic spin on the turn-based genre – Predict enemy movements, orchestrate precisely timed countermeasures, and hit “execute” to watch the physics-based action unfold in real time.
Extensive customization – Featuring a rich customization system, Phantom Brigade enables you to fine-tune the performance of your mechs, install a wide selection of equipment, and access a wealth of cosmetic options. Prepare your squad for any challenge - in style.
An expansive arsenal – Railguns, beam weapons, missiles, energy swords, and more! Rain destruction down upon your homeland’s invaders with weaponry salvaged from each enemy mech you defeat.
Strategic tactical combat – Make high-level tactical decisions on the world map, manage your mobile base, and decide how to apply your limited resources. Take command of your squad in varied missions ranging from sabotage of enemy equipment and convoy ambushes to liberation battles and challenging outpost onslaughts.
Destructible environments – It's not a proper game about giant mechs without destructible buildings! Phantom Brigade allows every square meter of each battle map to be destroyed. Shatter your enemy’s cover and collapse buildings on top of them!

It's an excellent toybox. All the customization and part swapping you'd hope for. Far less stressful to play than Xcom, with many more options and flavors in terms of weapons, but there is less character growth or cool class builds for pilots. You trade Action Points for mech speed/power, heat management, and armor meaning instead of skill trees (which you still have on pilots) what you have granular control over the performance of your individual units. The weapons are standouts. Missiles, tracking plasma bursts, railgun shotguns that penetrate level geometry and hard cover. They're amazing to discover and play with. I wish it had some kind of multiplayer, but that's not a point against it.
Unique "Turn based" play style. Rewards Strategic and Tactical gameplay. Awesome!!!
I freely admit I like this game and how it plays now this needs to be modded some more so my please put in some zakus-MS-06F
I played the game when it came out, and it was a little dull and repetitive back then: With 2.0 they managed to make it really fun and even out the weird balancing. You can really customize very different mechs and live out your wildest mech-enthusiast dreams. Bullying enemies with heavy mechs + shields is especially fun
Imagine a mecha wargame not beholden to some meat-fingers tabletop rules from the ages past. "Reinvented" is often a marketing ploy, but it fits here.
Nice
2.0 changed everything!
A neat little game on concept, especially the predictive element and simultaneous turns, but ultimately feels like a shallow experience that can't really match the depth of similar games such as Battletech. For many people a simpler version of Xcom will appeal to them but, for me, I don't feel there's enough here to hold my attention.
