Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 14 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The 2.0 update is extensive, transforming nearly every aspect of the game, but the highlights include:
Fully realized pilots – Recruit pilots with over 100 unique pilot traits and abilities which allow for in-depth buildcrafting and synergies with your mechs. With a new recruitment and class specialization system, expansive leveling with varied progression trees, combined with new visual customisation options, you can build your own flavor of deadly (and stylish) ace pilots.
A reworked campaign – New maps, new quests, and new combat scenarios along with fully rebalanced factions ensure you face varied squads with different equipment, armour and unit configurations. You have even more reason to collect new equipment and experiment with different loadouts to take on these new threats.
Completely reimagined overworld – Explore new provinces, varied landscapes and overhauled campaign systems. New liberation and overworld mechanics, new points of interest and events, new province modifiers and improved mission generation provide a varied, constantly evolving environment to encourage players to adapt and overcome.
A HUGE amount of community driven quality of life updates – New salvage and debriefing menus, new mission previews and reward generation, reworked workshop and crafting, improved damage logic and prediction, new options and difficulty settings, comprehensive weapon balancing, subsystem reworks and much more!

Cinematic spin on the turn-based genre – Predict enemy movements, orchestrate precisely timed countermeasures, and hit “execute” to watch the physics-based action unfold in real time.
Extensive customization – Featuring a rich customization system, Phantom Brigade enables you to fine-tune the performance of your mechs, install a wide selection of equipment, and access a wealth of cosmetic options. Prepare your squad for any challenge - in style.
An expansive arsenal – Railguns, beam weapons, missiles, energy swords, and more! Rain destruction down upon your homeland’s invaders with weaponry salvaged from each enemy mech you defeat.
Strategic tactical combat – Make high-level tactical decisions on the world map, manage your mobile base, and decide how to apply your limited resources. Take command of your squad in varied missions ranging from sabotage of enemy equipment and convoy ambushes to liberation battles and challenging outpost onslaughts.
Destructible environments – It's not a proper game about giant mechs without destructible buildings! Phantom Brigade allows every square meter of each battle map to be destroyed. Shatter your enemy’s cover and collapse buildings on top of them!

Reviews
If you like XCOM, Battletech, 40K Battlesector, Into the Breach, or any other tactics game, this game is probably the pinnacle of tactical mechanics.
The visuals were stunning, and I loved the low-key Scandinavian-coded locale. However, the levels were quite, quite samey, and the difficulty spike on the very last mission in the campaign is horrendous. For side missions where you control temporary / disposable units, the RNG was pretty cruel - e.g., giving you units with barely any movement speed for wide open maps, or giving you units with long-range weapons in underground bunkers. Overall, 6/10.

The most fun iv had with a mech game since armoured core. While a different style of game then my usual its easy to learn hard to master gameplay loop is addictive and very fun.
我太爱这款游戏了,请作者多加内容!
Tactical mech vs mechs!
fun
This game is actually fun. Hours passed without notice lol.
An excellent game. Some of the information is difficult to see on a small screen, like lines showing enemy fire or line of travel on your own shots. Be aware that you will want to play this on a larger screen to get the best benefit. Probably >15" and I would not suggest it on a Steam Deck as it is difficult enough with my 10" surface go. The missions are varied enough to be interesting and there is not a feeling of needless grinding like some other strategy/tactical RPGs.
Lots of fun, good strategic depth, and plenty of options for character and mech customization. By default, you can only pick from a list of pre-generated mech paint schemes. There's a mod in the workshop that allows custom schemes, go get it. A teeny bit repetitive though. There's plenty of mission types, but most don't radically change the way I play. The set piece battles are the best. In one type, you fight a giant mech composed of multiple parts that have to be attacked individually. In another, your mechs are fighting across the cars of a giant train convoy, while being ambushed by other mechs, and enemy reinforcements drive along the side of the convoy to attack you, neat stuff. If you're an RTS veteran, I recommend playing on hard mode. The default difficulty is forgiving, I only ever had two pilots get knocked out during my entire campaign, and no pilots ever died, nor did I ever lose a mech. There's also caps on the amount of resources you can carry that I don't think the game ever tells you about (10k common, 250 uncommon, and 250 rare), which resulted in me dumping my resources into fabricating mech parts I didn't need after each battle, just so I wouldn't waste any resource gains.
