You need to be patient as rounds will take some time, but once ships start blowing up, it's huge fun. I recommend in the difficulty settings, setting the shell tracking to binoculars, it's more visceral and quite enjoyable to watch shell hits through the binoculars
Really enjoyed this- very much looking forward to more ships being added to the game. Game play is very intuitive. One thing I would suggest is adding simple squadron commands- like follow in line or echelon, as these were practised by all navies at the time and would aid Game play so you don't have to steer each ship to maintain lines if you don't want to. Also note sure that damage control does much! Recommend giving this a try.
It needs ALOT of work. Its clearly slow development so the price is not breaking the bank. You get about an hour of solid unfamiliar gameplay that is very good. Then it becomes repetitive, dull, and lack luster. The amount of choices you have for ships is extremely limited and without any really notable hulls to choose from. I hope in the future the game will have more to play through. for right now its good if you looking for something to do for a few hours and don't mind spending 9 bucks for that.
nice spiritual successor to atlantic fleet in a totally underrated setting: WW1.
Unique game with a detailed mechanism and great attention to physics and realism,
well ive been playing for abt an hour. its WELL worth the price. very easy to pick up, has a gameplay loop kinda like atlantic fleet but w the detail of a little less than war thunder damage model wise, yet still very impressive. visible damage also matches xray damage model. no bugs, quick loads, not a single stutter during gameplay, takes up a very small amount of storage. i believe less than a gig id have to look. currently its just custom missions or scripted missions. theres a greyed out campaign option so i guess ones in the works? for 10 bucks American ull be happy
I love the concept of this game, but it needs more time, more ships more of everything
I remember playing Atlantic Fleet and thinking that there should be a game like this but set in WW1. This is that game. Only played a single battle so far but it seems promising. Not many ships available yet, so no recreating Jutland but I hope to see more in the future.
great game - basically WW1 version of Atlantic Fleet, but with more detailed damage and repair model. The ships are very nicely depicted. There is some love that is going into this one and I hope the dev keeps working on it and introduces more ship types and classes so one can recreate some historical battles
