Midnight's Blessing

In the beginning, the game looked rather interesting so I decided to give this game a go. I love RPG games and I thought at first this game had plenty of potential and one that I'd want to invest time into. Boy was I wrong. I've invested more than 15 hours of game play out of sheer spite to want to finish this game because I hate having to leave a game unfinished. That being said, I will not likely finish this game. There are no maps, no walkthroughs, and no suggestions on how to defeat a ridiculously hard boss. I can't recommend a game such as this for the awful actual game play. If a game is going to have a lot of talking/cut scenes please please please put them on auto so I don't have to click an unnecessary absurd amount every single time! I've lost utter interest in all the reading as it has a poor attempt at fourth wall breaking, humor and explaining the story line. Side Quests should be listed, but I have found that more often than not, I found stuff by exploring and having no idea who to talk to or deliver it to. They are actually mostly vague and at all worth finishing since you can't just go back and check on what ones you have active or not. And finally, I don't mind grinding for levels, but after awhile, I've noticed the EXP you gain makes leveling take far longer than it really should. Some monsters are avoidable and you can run from some if you're not in the mood for back to back fights. But Boss Battles are awful. If my character is over level 20 and the cap level is 30, the sheer amount of miss attacks is ridiculous and unreasonable. No Boss battle should be able to dismiss the remaining amount of your members and then proceed to kill you with a one shot super hit two rounds in.
