Marvel's Spider-Man 2

I played it on PlayStation 5 and I thought it was alright i played it like 2 years ago but this PC version is a terrible port. Do not buy this for Steam Deck very misleading by Valve, Insomniac and Nixxes marking this as "Verified." It is completely unplayable on Steam Deck. The frame rate constantly dips into the low teens. The audio crackles and cuts out during cutscenes. Turning the graphics down to the absolute lowest settings makes the game look like a blurry PlayStation 2 mess and it still stutters. Swinging through the city causes massive freezes every couple of seconds. I put around a hour and a half into this trying to tweak the settings to make it look fine but nothing works. It's crazy how this passed verification. Avoid it until it gets a massive performance patch But since Sony doesn't want to put their PlayStation exclusive single player titles on PC anymore, I doubt this will get fixed lmao.

[b]💭 [Личное впечатление]:[/b] Это одна из тех игр, которые я прям долго ждал когда наконец-то смогу поиграть, каким-то образом умудрился за эти годы даже ни одного спойлера толком не словить по ней хех. А при том что об игре наблюдал в инете, ожидания также были понижены. И наверное за счет этих всех факторов мне игра больше понравилась. Когда в сети все начали жаловаться на вторичность, я морально готовился к худшему, но геймплейно это образцовый сиквел. Тот кайф, который получаешь от перемещения, комбинируя паутину и новые веб-крылья, ну это просто балдеж. Да и боевая система стала еще сочнее за счет уникальных способностей. Разносить врагов новыми фишками прям круто: у Питера это брутальные механические лапы, а затем и мощнейшие симбиотические приемы черного костюма, а у Майлза его прокачанное биоэлектричество. Отдельно хочу похвалить Гарри Озборна, который как по мне, это вообще лучший Гарри во всех существующих медиа, его сюжетная линия и личная драма реально цепляли до самого финала. Да и Крэйвен-охотник получился отличной, неостановимой угрозой, хоть увы не дораскрытой. Но конеш главное украшение в игре это сочный габаритный Веном, который и выглядит просто офигенно круто и внушающее, так и звучит круто, просто топ. Постановка сцен и босс-файты вышли на какой-то запредельный голливудский уровень, битва с Песочником в самом начале или замесы с Ящером и Веномом крутые. Однако фундаментальная проблема игры, как по мне, это Майлз Моралес. Я не испытываю прям негатива к этому персонажу, но то, как вымученно сценаристы порой пытаются форсировать его важность в сюжете, делают его зачастую сильнее Питера и важнее ну это прям такое себе. При этом вся его личная сюжетка за игру строится вокруг, лол, недописанного блин эссе для колледжа и типа мести за отца, ну такое. Душой игры итак остается Питер, но его зачастую так принижают что об этом можно и забыть. Стелс тоже знатно деграднул, а из открытого мира больше всего утомила рутина с поисками скрытых паучков по всем районам. Но в сухом остатке, благодаря топовому графону, сочным боям и отсутствию у меня спойлеров, игра подарила массу ярких эмоций. I would say that this game is great and amazing however, It says that it is "great on the Steam Deck". In reality I couldn't get past the first fight because it would lag and crash on my steam deck, this is with the lowest graphics settings btw. Sure it may be "compatible" but that doesn't mean playable.

why they kept MJ missions when players are complaining in the first game is beyond me. Peter needed to be saved by Miles and MJ?? for some reason more than he saving others. Miles story didnt make sense because he should want revenge and should be getting corrupted more than Peter by the symbiote but doesnt for some reason. and MJ, what the hell happened to you? thought my game was bugged when i first saw her but i realized that MJ face changed.

Out of the three Marvel's Spider-Man games, this one is my favorite. It feels more polished, and the story captured my interest more than the previous games, especially with Kraven and Venom involved (I'm a big fan of Venom). The ability to play as both Peter and Miles is a great addition, as it adds more variety to the gameplay since each character has their own unique abilities and strengths. Gameplay-wise, it can still feel a bit repetitive when you're trying to complete the game 100%. However, this was the most fun and satisfying Spider-Man game I've played so far.

I have played marvel spiderman 1 before this, i skipped miles for now and bought this one in this summer sale, got the digital deluxe edition and i am loving it so far. Combat, gameplay, story everything is very good in this, i am loving it so far. My only complain is the optimisation, i had search the internet a bit to be able to run this game decently, mostly gameplay is stutter free for me rn but during fast travel transition or certain cutscenes the stutters are crazy bad, but norm gameplay is still running pretty smooth after few tweeks. Ok so its pretty different from spiderman 1, both in a good way and a bad way. Lets talk about the good firstly, in the first game the gadgets other than webshooters were pretty much pointless, u could choose to use em or just ignore them completely even on highest difficulty, in this game u need the gadgets, they are pretty useful in every situation. The bosses and enemies in this game actually feel tougher and fun to fight compared to the first one and i love the web sling too and web zip for stealth. Now for the bad part, the side missions are very few compared to the first game, for some reason i feel like this one is shorter than the first game idk why, prob cos the first one had a lot of dlcs, and well this one i hear will not get any dlcs. Its a 8/10 for me.

It’s a very fun game with an amazing story. I wish it had more content. It already has a lot, but I liked it so much I would still play it for another 50 hours. Collecting all the achievements was pretty easy too. I hope they make more games like this in the future. 10/10.

NEVER make multiple main characters that switch back and fourth!! If you don't have the time and resources to make the full game playable with 1 character at a time - then don't make multiple choices at all! This game was ruined by this primarily. The progression is awful. The changes to the combat system are awful. The story focuses more on woke nonsense than being enjoyable. I honestly have no idea what they were thinking. The first two games (remastered, and miles) were masterpieces. This game is DRY. The first mission makes you think the game is going to be incredible, then it falls off sharply. The love that was put into the first two games was not put into this. Honestly it's not even worth breaking it down and giving points. Just play the first two games.

If you want the best experience, I recommend playing it on PlayStation 5; it's still a great game

10/10 Overall Its everything you want from a spiderman game. Narrative - Yes /10 Story - Spiders, Goo, Sand / 10 Combat - Kraven approval / 10 Traversal - SPEED / 10 Dialogues and cutscenes - Wholesome / 10 a friendly neighborhood game that delivered on all of the above check and check :)
