About
Every run starts with you alone.
As you move across the map, choose a route that leads to valuable loot. Along the way, you will meet companions who will help you fight this difficult battle!
You need to collect a separate set of equipment for the hero and each companion.
Items do not have fixed slots. You can rotate them and place them in the inventory as long as there is free space.
Items become truly powerful when they start affecting one another. Some items have auras that strengthen weapons or armor in adjacent cells.
Sometimes moving an item by a single cell is enough to change the entire build.
In combat, you control only the main hero.
Companions act on their own. They already know what to do...
At the end of each biome, you choose one of two boss parts.
Each part changes the Guardian's appearance and power. After completing all biomes, you will have to face the final boss.
Some rewards in Lootbound cannot be obtained just like that.
In special rooms, you are offered several options with different difficulty levels. The more valuable the reward, the harder it is to obtain with a dice roll.

I actually really enjoy this game, which is why I’m leaving a review instead of just saying “not recommended” and moving on. I’ve done 20+ runs at this point and I think I’ve failed maybe 2 or 3 of them. That seems a little off for this type of game. The biggest problem right now is that you can pretty much brute force everything by stacking damage. Why worry about defense or making some super complicated build when I can just make number go up until everything dies in one hit? Even the final boss can get cheesed pretty hard. Stack vampirism, throw a bunch of Fortify debuffs on it, smack it for a stupid amount of damage and move on. I think the game really needs more situations where your choices actually matter. If I decide to ignore defense for an entire run, I SHOULD eventually run into something that absolutely wrecks me because of that decision. Right now the best defense seems to be killing everything before it gets a chance to do anything. Enemy AI could use some work too. More enemies that react to what you’re doing, enemies that punish glass cannon builds, bosses that can cleanse debuffs, shields, retaliation, literally anything that makes me stop and think about my build instead of going “damage damage damage damage.” The champion selection also hurts replay value. There are only 4, and once you figure out what works it becomes pretty easy to grab a couple support characters and just keep stacking your main strategy. I do like the game though. The foundation is there and I’ve obviously gotten enough enjoyment out of it to play 20+ runs. My other issue is the price. I don't think there is $15 worth of game here right now. In its current state I’d probably say around $5 feels more reasonable. There just isn’t enough replay value yet. Yet being the keyword here. More champions, harder encounters, smarter enemies, more build variety and some actual consequences for going full ugga dugga damage would go a long way. Overall good game. Just way too easy to solve right now.

Good game. Took about 30 hours to beat all levels with all characters. Hope they add more
Repetitive and not balanced in 1.0
The game is lacking content. They had a good recipe to have a nice game but it feels like it lack the content that would make it enjoyable to repeat.
игра пушка, ждал полгода, наконец можно поиграть с кайфом
It pleasantly surprised me: it’s easy to play, has a great atmosphere, and can keep you hooked for hours. A great choice for fans of tactical games and roguelikes.
It’s too easy I don’t have to think or strategize. Every fight I just click attack and everything dies. The only real thought I put in the game is organizing the back pack. Maybe if I could control the entire party but even then I’d imagine I’d also just be clicking nothing but attack for them. No variety in enemies and there’s not many interactions. since the games so easy I don’t even go for potion interaction. When it’s early game all I do is go for the chest because why would I have the option to go smith when I don’t have items yet. No real reason for choice so I don’t even have go strategies my path just do the same thing over and over. Go for items then upgrade items and everything else is just the stuff between my items and the upgrades. Also idk why evryone cries about the rng because it throws so many items at you. By the end of the run all my characters have at least 3 yellow items and the rest are purple. Which also brings up my point of the normal combat interactions are useless. All you tend to get from them is white items which all I do is sell especially towards mid and late game. Has potential to be a great game but as of right now it feels like it was barely fleshed out.
Picked this up almost on a whim and got exactly what I love about roguelites: every run tells its own story. You start out completely alone, and by the end you're leading a party you pieced together yourself. 🗡️ What won me over: ⚔️ Turn-based combat that actually makes you think — and half the real decisions happen on the map, when you're picking your route 🎒 Loot isn't just "bigger numbers," it's a toolkit: auras, synergies, different damage types (armor pen, exhaustion, direct). Stumbling into a combo that suddenly clicks is its own kind of high 🔥 🎲 The dice rolls keep you honest. Greed gets punished, as it should 🖤 Dark fantasy art and atmosphere — genuinely nice to look at 🔁 Real replayability: builds actually differ, it's not the same three perks every time Honest downsides: the balance bites in places, bosses especially, and RNG can sometimes decide a run for you. But patches are coming and the devs clearly listen to the community. If you like Slay the Spire, Darkest Dungeon, or just fiddling with inventories — don't overthink it. 👍 Solid recommend from me.
This is a fine game but i find the backpack system to be a bit too fiddly for my liking. I would also like to see more combo's between the characters than what I have done with my few runs. Again it is a fine game just not quite my style.
