Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 15 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews

Westwood gave the world Command & Conquer. I remember playing the demo from one of the original PC PowerPlay magazine cover discs (back when print media was worth a trip to the news agent for), then I bought a copy of the original game... The demo was a interesting quick-fire RTS in the vein of the "OG" C&C experience. Just like C&C, the campaign treats you to classic campy 1990s Full Motion Video acting! Command & Conquer was cool... But there is nothing campier than listening to a fellow Aussie put on a forced American accent back in the 1990s! As for campy RTS FMV acting, NO ONE beats KKnD and looks this good doing it. The Kill Krush 'N Destroy franchise is pretty much the RTS that combines Fallout with Mad Max! Both the storytelling and world building were presented through the FMV briefings and overall design as opposed to having exposition dumps left right 'n centre. KKnD Xtreme is Windows 95 expanded edition with solo missions and bot matches on top of the two campaigns and multiplayer you got in the original DOS release. Being an Aussie post-nuclear war sci-fi RTS, you have two factions fighting over what remains long after the proverbial dust has settled: The Survivors - A "Vault Dweller" civilisation with conventional weapons and war machines. The Evolved - Again with the Fallout references here... Think Ghouls and Super Mutants banding together and forming a new age fundamentalist religious society. How does it play? If you know Classic Command & Conquer from back in the day, you should be right at home with KKnD as the method of unit control and base management are strikingly similar (if not identical). Units progress through two levels of veterancy (white -> Blue -> Red), each also denoted by a different voiceset (units with spoken dialog). Pretty much standard fare for anyone familiar with C&C. Does this have a worthy place in your collection? If you are either a proud Aussie who loves to see homegrown hits or an real-time strategy aficionado... Go for the franchise bundle offer!
Latest update broke the game
Yes I like old games. This one somewhat scratches that itch for C&C, I just gotta play it more before i make any further judgement. Regardless, its a fun game, thumbs up.
- 1997 major update.
