Impossible Creatures Steam Edition

Might be the most unique and creative game I have ever played. Nothing beats the erly 2000's gaming era. One of my few childhood games I play year after year when nostalgia hits.

Throwback to when I actually was excited to play new games.

Impossible Creatures is impossibly creative. Before playing, get Tellerian/Dino Dawn/All Stars mods on Steam workshop. The campaign is a solid story if at times rather cartoonishly goofy, which in my opinion makes it great. The only issue I have is the population cap is 75 per player, however the regular Tellerian mod allows for 300 at the cost of not playing Dino Dawn. You can just launch the All Stars mod which has 250 population cap too.. If they did a remaster where they allowed the community mods from here in it with a population cap of 300-500 per player, I'd buy it at full price, it is that great. I played the vanilla version as a kid on my father's Windows 98 & have loved it since I first played it. My daughter & I repeat this cycle together & choose our combinations. 10/10 game. Anyone who says something negative is someone who does not like strategy games or animal hybrids.

I wish they make a modern remake for this game. Amazing implementation of army building features and one of the most unique RTS games ever made! It is a bit basic in some of its RTS elements though.

All around great classic game.

It's just a very wacky but interesting RTS of fusing 2 animals together to build your army, it's pretty fun even if some animals are better then others (avoid the Lemming & Rat, they are by far the worst units in the game)
