A unique hybrid between turn-based tactical games and traditional, character-centric RPGs. Knight's Tale is a modern retelling of a classic Arthurian mythology story filtered through the dark fantasy tropes, a twist on the traditional tales of chivalry.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 14 → 1.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A solid turn based tactics game with fun character leveling system. I enjoy the 12 knight limit as it forces you to make hard decisions on who to keep. The combat is a fun loop with attacks that you can feel the strength behind and a fairly diverse amount of enemies that each act gives you time to expierence without them feeling overplayed. It can be a hard game but with the many different degrees of difficulty it is doable. Has replayability with the difficulty and the different morality/religion paths providing unique heroes and boosts.
Really well-crafted tactical combat that awards you for good positioning, and punishes you quickly for bad positioning. Characters gets a nice variety of skills and you can clearly see how many action points enemies has and how much all their skills costs, which means you can make informed choices about positioning and setting up traps/overwatch. Also, the game has a pretty solid tactical sense, often choosing to go after your more squishy characters if possible, which is a good thing in my book. Everything from itemization to skills to how combat works are solid, and fairly easy to understand, but still has enough depth to keep it interesting. The story is ok. It's nothing amazing, but it gets the job done. It's very grim-dark, but it manages to hold the same mood all through the game. The best thing about the story in my book is the "alignment-meter", which instead of going having the standard boring "good/evil-axis" has 2 axis instead. One "Christianity/Old Faith"-axis and one "Righteus/Tyrant"-axis, which gives you different small buffs and also decides how well your followers like you, depending on the choices you make. Base building is fairly simple, but just as the story, it gets the job done. You can only get certain buildings if you have X amount of points in Christianity/Old Faith or Righteus/Tyrant, but luckily it's well-balanced so you'll never miss anything super important no matter what direction you go in. In the end, the true star of the game is the tactical combat, and luckily that's what you'll be spending by far the most of your time doing, so yay! :)

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

It's an XCOM-like, seems to be Hard West style character progression (even though some characters have the same 'class,' they still each have their own unique skill tree), Darkest Dungeon style base, Divinity: Original Sin type action points. Combat is more interesting than Wartales, from what I've seen; encounters not quite as interesting as Divinity: OS 2. Character customizations feel meaningful. Characters have more personality than XCOM squads. Some replay value via alignment tree -- different characters and missions available depending on your religious and political axes (tyrant vs just and christian vs pagan religion). I like the atmosphere; the ethos kind of reminds me of Shadow of Mordor, alternative mythology featuring an antihero torn between revenge and redemption. So far so good, I'm not too far in but enjoying definitely. I will mention, this does share the two-dimensional combat map with Wartales so far, and I've seen other reviewers complain about repetitiveness. At the very least, this game at least has a wider variety of character skills that are relevant in combat (or perhaps you are able to play with said skills more quickly; in Wartales it seemed like I did a dozen combats that just boiled down to move and attack, move and attack).
Thematically pretty cool, and a well-balanced turnbased strategy. There's probably better or more challenging turnbased games out there, but this one does exactly what you might expect/want, and has a nicely engaging storyline. Definitely recommended.
Great Game. Hidden Gem imo. reminds me of xcom but med evil. pretty cool if you like RTS ,RPG
game is not bad but your people are in recovery too long, especially since there is no reentering an already completed area just for this reason.
