Подарившая мне детство в виде множества роликов 10 летней давности, и одна из тех игр, в которую периодически хочется возвращаться. Мне даже не жаль, что игру недавно раздали, я искренне не жалею об отданных почти 6 лет назад деньгах, я только за поддержать разработчиков игры подарившей детство. p.s жаль что персонаж за которого мы играем слишком правильный и не даёт взять и продать весь дом(
I love this game. You can do side jobs for cash or just acquire cash. Build and renovate to how you like. It's a good time killer. Highly recommend at least give it a try. Just hopefully it won't be abandoned since the 2nd came out.
House Flipper is a relaxing and enjoyable game that offers a lot of satisfaction through renovating and decorating houses. Unfortunately, the base game becomes repetitive fairly quickly, and it's the DLCs that really add more variety and make the gameplay feel fresh. My biggest disappointment is the achievement system. You can't unlock all the achievements without buying the DLCs, which I think is a poor decision by the developers. In my opinion, the base game should allow players to earn all of its achievements, while DLCs should only include their own separate ones. Despite that, House Flipper is still a great game to relax with, but it truly reaches its full potential only with the additional content.

As a repair and design simulator, this game is definitely one of the best. The controls are simple, the graphics are nice, and the gameplay is addictive. The developers are constantly adding new and high-quality features. It's the perfect game to relax after a long day and feel like a real construction manager!
