The Tenants

Was really good, I quite enjoyed it for some time until it became just really repetitive and I stopped wanting to do the same thing over and over. I guess the developers stopped supporting it, which is a shame.

En un juego como The Tenants, donde el foco está puesto en comprar y alquilar propiedades, uno podría pensar que debería ser posible llegar a convertirse en dueño de prácticamente toda la ciudad. Lamentablemente esa meta se convierte en una tarea titánica y casi imposible, debido al ridículo límite a la cantidad de propiedades que puedes tener al mismo tiempo. A eso se le suman los trabajos repetitivos, el fastidio de tener que cuidar a los inquilinos, el avance lento del tiempo incluso en su máxima velocidad, la presencia de bugs molestos y la necesidad de mejoras que jamás se llevarán a cabo porque los desarrolladores han abandonado el proyecto. Esto último también implica que es imposible completar todos los logros, ya que hacen falta eventos especiales que nadie está presente para activar. Lo único realmente bueno es la opción de amueblar y decorar habitaciones, que incluye variedad de estilos y objetos que se van desbloqueando al jugar, pero no recomendaría comprar el juego solamente por ese detalle positivo. Nota final: No me dio ganas de convertirme en una magnate de los bienes raíces. NO recomendado.

I really enjoyed this game for a long time, but devs gave up on it I assume. No new updates, lots of obvious bugs that haven't been fixed yet. Wouldn't buy it now but it was sooo good before! Such a shame :(

Honestly I am speechless of what happened to one of my favorite games. From something that was really relaxing and amazing to something full of bugs, crashes and weird freezes. So sad this game has been abandoned, because it had and I think that still have so much potential! Loved the game, currently is unplayable.

I do want to recommend this game because it IS enjoyable... but only for short amounts of time. I picked it back up again after a year or 2, normally I tend to start games again but I didn't with this and I will say I got back into it pretty quickly. However, I must agree with what many others have said. The game gets very repetitive very quickly and a tiny bit frustrating. There are still numerous bugs that crop up, and the game encourages you to report them which is great, however little did I know it's been released as is. They last gave it an update October 2023 and decided "nah cba off you go." That there is the main reason I won't recommend it, it has so much potential and to drop it without a word is so disappointing. If they were to try and come back I would be willing to change this to a positive along with them making tweaks to make it more fun. Until then, no. I do not recommend it.

I've been here since the demo and had high hopes for it. It's really disappointing to see the developers abandon it when it still has so much potential and could benefit from further improvements. ˙◠˙

abandoned and buggy

Echoing what others said- it's a really fun game but there have been a few times where it's just unplayable due to bugs. I've had to restart the game more times than I'd like to admit and there's been a few times where I can't even save my progress. Really hope something is done because this could be a really great game.
