About
Imagine yourself as a DIY handyman, running your own small business in a Polish block of flats during the 1990s. Your mission? To make as much money as possible by cutting costs wherever you can!
Diluting paint with water to make it last for the entire apartment? Sure, the color might not be as vibrant, but who’s going to notice?
Laying tiles without a level? A bit of unevenness adds "character" to the space. After all, what matters is the quick result, not perfection!
Don’t worry—if the client spots any flaws after you’ve left, the profit is already yours!
Furniture doesn’t fit through the door? No problem—quick thinking, open the window, and… everything flies out into the yard! Clean room and a happy client… as long as they didn’t park under the window.
In the hardware store, you’ll be like a seasoned hunter, searching for the cheapest tools that will “sort of” get the job done. A hammer on sale that barely lasts a few hits? Grab two!
After the job’s done, take pride in your work—just ignore those little imperfections!
Take on various renovation and repair jobs. Fixing a flooded bathroom, or maybe a complete remodel? Every day is a new challenge, and every decision can bring a quick profit… or a cascade of problems.

Reviews
I wanted to like this game I mean I really really wanted this to be good. Being an ACHP certified handyman myself, I thought this would be a fun release after dealing with nonsense all day. I purchased the game immediately upon release and even made sure to have 1 clear day to play which is extremely difficult to do. When I started playing the reviews for this were very positive and so as I played and started getting more and more disappointed I kept thinking that it was just me. By the end of my playthrough, or really after I could take no more of the bugs, bad dialogue, a.i. nonsense, lack of content etc. I jumped off thinking to myself, "there's no way this still has good reviews!?" I would have lost all trust in my fellow gamers if it did. Low and behold the reviews dropped significantly and rightfully so. The Issues: The gameplay is repetitive, its nothing like the trailer shows. Maybe it was just me but I was super excited about all the ways you could cut corners. In real life I hold myself to extremely high standards, also I work under the adage that the customer is always right, even when they aren't. I mean it is their money after all. I was looking forward to purposely doing the opposite. Unfortunately there isn't really any aspect in the game that allows you to "cut corners" aside from maybe the tile work but even that isn't really cutting corners. I mean you can leave trash sitting around but you simply get less money if things are a mess. There's no benefit to cut corners. Oh and you can sort of water down somethings, like paint, sort of. I was hoping you could mix any two fluids, but no. The bugs: I had an aneurism inducing hard time getting the tiles or electrical parts of the game to work as intended. More often than not I would have to reboot the game so I could finish tiling. Oh also, what the hell does the painters tape even do!? I took before and after screen shots of the tape doing absolutely nothing to create a line or block you from painting something you don't want to paint. The Story: There is no story... Okay there is a story but, well, its nonsense. The Handholding: Good god we get it! The amount of handholding which you must endure in order to progress is infuriating to me. Oh and if you "skip" ahead and finish anything before he gets the chance to tell you what to do, it'll break the game. It will wait for you to do the step even if you've done it, meaning if you've opened something or mixed something you now need to un open or un mix, which you cant. So your forced to load an earlier save and wait for the pointless instructions. Every new thing in the game is introduced this way. I really wish they would have given you a cert amount of freedom to make your own mistakes while you learn while having an option for hand holding, instead of forcing it on you. The Point: This game was not what was promised to us. Its a boring, repetitive (and not in a good way), Broken, mess of a game that has once again been dropped in our laps as if to say, "we know its crap but so what, you'll take it and you'll like it." These "simulation" games have been coming out in force lately, have you ever wondered why? Its because that's what's making money right now. So "developers" are taking full advantage of that and developing crap that they can poop out fast with minimal effort. And here's another steaming pile of it for ya. Enjoy.

Currently I can't recommend it due to the bugs in the game, I would wait a while until they've released at least one large patch focused on bug fixing
The game advertises itself as allowing you to take the role of a chaotic, drunken handyman trying to figure out creative solutions to do something as cheaply and as low-effort as possible. Instead, you are given an incredibly linear story with little room for player decision or creativity. The original trailer showed a number of problems situations you could encounter that required creative solutions, but the final game feels like the mechanics for those were abandoned and never implanted. For example, the trailer showed a window that was too small being fitted with bricks and expanding foam, but what we got in the end was a universal "one size fits all" pane of glass that always fits perfectly. Even the dialog in-game hints at things that don't make much sense. For example, the ghost guiding you suggests that you can buy a cheaper item than the customer wants, and pocket the difference. However, a lot of categories of items only offer one choice (such as a bunk bed - there's only a single one available for purchase), or all the choices cost the same price, giving little incentive to shop around. Even the release trailer over-promises. It shows lively NPCs reacting to the player, when in reality the few NPCs you encounter are largely static and will just stand there until you complete the required objectives for a stage. In the end, the game feels like the same few tasks being repeated over and over, with some occasional one-off variety (such as painting a mural or fixing stained glass). Most tasks are threshold based - once so many tiles are laid, or a certain percentage of the wall is painted, that's good enough, and the portrayed-as-dimwitted and nonchalant clients don't seem to notice or complain. Overall, the game feels incredibly linear with the promise of chaos and creative solutions replaced by a number of repetitive, grindy, and occasionally tedious tasks.
was not aware this game used generative ai. luckily a friend pointed it out in time so i could refund. i was enjoying this game so much and really torn for a moment about refunding. i just can't support generative ai, it was not necessary for you to make this game.
Wszystko jest okej do czasu gdy w misji z przykrecaniem szafek zamiast celować wiertarką ktorą mam wyposażoną nagle celuje szafką po czym ona znika i nie da sie ukonczyc misji bez kupienia drugiej szafki
I completed the game and I really love the concept, However I cannot recommend this game because the game is So heavily Early Access even though it has been fully released. The game has gotten 5 updates, all of them very "early access" patches instead of adding content. if the developers had not blatantly mislead people with the Trailer and admitted that this is early access then the reviews would not be Mixed. The game itself is addicting and fun with dialogue mostly cringe with some actual funny jokes and The story is bland and painfully predictable. my wife also completed a separate save and had her own constructive criticism to share: Firstly surprisingly the wiring aspect was very enjoyable and something new in games like these, the slavic style of the buildings and interiors and available furniture was also lovely change of scenery as I have played and loved House Flipper, Crime scene cleaner, Sims and Paralives (all of them have a very american look to them). The game is EARLY ACCESS! Voice over was rather cringe( might have loved the protagonist to have a more slavic guy vibe to them instead of innocent american goody two shoes young boy). Need these to be changed asap: in your own building i should be able to change and move the sink( perhaps make a rule to have at least one sink on the lot if this is the reason). PLEASE PLEASE let me paint the ceiling actually white- the yellowish hue weirdly really bothers me. Give me an option to combine the rooms on my lot- I really have an idea for the building but the weird shaped (1.st unlock room) kind of ruins it all. Maybe give the option to combine rooms or remove walls as the very last unlock? Potential for a very enjoyable and invitingly unique game is there! Also I want to be able to steal stuff from all mission areas and a way to keep fragile items from breaking when I want to take them onto my own lot. The garage door/Big window looks so strange from inside the room- please make it look like something I could actually work with. I will come back to the game in a few months and change my review to reflect the improvements made. Potential for a very enjoyable and invitingly unique game is there but such an early access release marketed as full release will scare away people who would have become your supporter and a lifelong client! Verdict: It is an early access title marketed as the full release. There is definitely fun to be had but the game is buggy and has less content than advertised
I really dislike leaving negative reviews for small developers. In this case, the game just doesn't deliver on what was expected. The ultimate problem is the absence of creativity; you follow a set of instructions to complete a job in a very linear story, and that is it. There is no expression, no tricks - after the first few jobs, it is a grindy and repetitive experience that is more akin to assembling an IKEA desk over and over than a sandbox. It's very disappointing, because the setting is a lot of fun. To be constructive, I think a "creative mode" would improve the game a lot by giving players opportunity to explore the game's variety and decorate their house.
