Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Latest in each market: best PL #85, worst RU #99 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 15.14/day in the week to Sep 8 → 24.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

ahem... Honestly, if you told me a few years ago that I’d spend my free time virtually scrubbing toilets and painting walls, I would have laughed. I get enough chores in my actual life. But House Flipper is different. It somehow takes the most boring, exhausting real-world tasks and turns them into pure, unadulterated dopamine. It is easily one of the most relaxing, addictive games I have ever played, and it completely redefined what a "cozy game" can be.You start the game with basically nothing. You are operating out of this incredibly sad, cramped little shack that serves as your office. Armed with just a tablet and a mop, you take on odd jobs for people in the neighborhood. At first, you are just cleaning up trash, scrubbing unidentifiable stains off floors, and patching up holes in the wall. It sounds tedious, but watching a room go from an absolute disaster zone to a spotless canvas is incredibly satisfying. Every piece of trash you click on and every stain you erase gives you this instant sense of accomplishment.Once you save up enough cash from doing these basic jobs, the game completely opens up. You can finally buy your first run-down property, and that is where the real addiction sets in. You walk into these filthy, foreclosed houses and get to completely gut them. If you hate a wall, you just take a massive sledgehammer to it and make the space open-concept. If you want to transform a gross, moldy basement into a high-tech gaming bunker, you can. The game gives you total freedom to recreate the space however you want. The mechanics are super smooth and just engaging enough to keep you hooked without stressing you out. Rolling paint onto the walls feels rhythmic and therapeutic. Installing radiators or replacing bathroom sinks turns into these quick, satisfying little mini-games. Plus, the more you do a specific task, the faster you get at it thanks to a simple perk system. Before you know it, you are knocking down walls and painting rooms at lightning speed, feeling like an absolute home renovation pro. After you finish the structural work, the game basically turns into a massive interior design playground. The catalog of furniture, decorations, and appliances is huge. You can spend hours picking out the exact right shade of paint, matching the kitchen cabinets to the floor tiles, and perfectly aligning a sofa. There are no budgets to stress over once you buy the house, and no real-world consequences if a design looks terrible. You just get to create. When you are finally done, you put the house up for auction. A quirky group of AI buyers will start bidding on it in real-time. Each buyer has a totally different personality and checklist. A student might want a tiny, cheap place with tons of bookshelves, while an older couple wants multiple bedrooms and space for a garden. It adds this really fun, subtle layer of strategy where you can try to tailor your designs to specific buyers to maximize your profit. What really makes House Flipper a masterpiece, though, is the overall vibe. The soundtrack is filled with these gentle, acoustic melodies that instantly lower your heart rate. There are no timers ticking down, no way to lose, and absolutely no pressure. If you want to spend an hour just organizing books on a shelf, the game lets you do it. It is the absolute perfect game to put on at the end of a long, stressful day while you listen to a podcast or your favorite music in the background. At the end of the day, Frozen District took a massive gamble by making a video game about manual labor, and they absolutely nailed it. It strips away the physical exhaustion of home improvement and leaves you with nothing but the pure joy of making something ugly beautiful again. Whether you are a hardcore gamer or someone who barely plays video games at all, it is incredibly easy to lose track of time in this world. If you need a peaceful escape and a creative outlet, you absolutely need to give this game a shot.
нельзя сносить цыганские дома :(
Frozen Way? More like EA. To start, I want to say that I enjoy this game. As a creative person I love decorating and designing. I like being able to go in and clean up a house, and I like all the little minigames where you put things together and the painting/tiling. But this game REALLY lacks in the decorating and designing part of house flipping. Almost all of the furniture is either very basic or minimalist and modern so you're very limited in what kind of decor style you want to do unless you buy the overpriced DLC. The creators of this game really enjoy pumping out DLCs. The only saving grace is the workshop which can kind of allow you to add some more variety to your furniture and decorating. The game is still pretty buggy and the lighting is terrible, but from what I've seen the lighting hasn't been improved in HF2 or the remastered edition. I genuinely can't recommend getting this game unless it's on sale.
10/10
Pretty much iconic with how popular House Flipper was at its time. Easily one of the most fun and detailed simulators that doesnt stress you out too much but carries its own complexity, having you waste around 30 minutes per house to claim the maximum cash the clients will pay. House flipper is a simulator game about restoring houses and decorating them, being paid online by clients with varied houses, pools and even cyberpunk style houses (DLC). The game is very simple, but again, it has some difficulty depending on the job. For example a client may tell you to demolish a bathroom to build a wall. Very fun, so glad i got it for free and i want to play the sequel.
