Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Most of the criticism this game gets is honestly fair. The shooting feels rough, the story and dialogue rarely stand out and the mission design starts repeating itself much sooner than it should. It never really feels like the polished AAA shooter it was supposed to be. But while playing I kept running into moments where it still worked surprisingly well. Sneaking through ruined neighborhoods, sabotaging patrols and slowly pushing the occupation out of districts actually creates a pretty strong atmosphere. When the resistance starts gaining ground and the city reacts to what you're doing, the whole idea behind the game suddenly makes sense. You can also clearly feel that this project went through development hell. Systems don’t always fit together and some mechanics feel unfinished, like different versions of the game stitched together over time. And yet I still had a good time with parts of it. If you go in expecting a polished AAA experience you’ll probably hate it. If you approach it knowing it’s flawed and rough around the edges, there are still some good moments in there. I completely understand why many people don’t recommend it. I still ended up enjoying my time with it.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I'll be so real I only bought this because there's a secret PC port of TimeSplitters 2 in this thanks to one dev but I wanted to give the game itself a fair shot; So, let me start by saying the game LOOKS good. That's all I'll give it. The graphics are decent. Other than that? It ain't really got much going for it. It's this generic 'war' sorta game. Alternate-Timeline America has been enslaved by a technologically-superior North Korea or 'The Norks' as the characters refer to them. Your main goal throughout the whole thing is to rescue the leader of your resistance, Benjamin Walker. That's literally your entire goal. That's the WHOLE game. Not even kidding. It's just leap-frogging from one 'this is how we'll get Walker back bois' to another. I didn't care for many of the characters as they all have the same goal of retrieving Walker, putting an end to 'Nork' occupation but just have different ideas of how to do it. You've got the macho one who wants to fight head-on, the violent one who wants revenge, 'the nice one' who is a pacifist, the would-be-scientist who is good with tech and the one who sells you out as are common tropes in everything, not a bad thing there but beyond their architypes, the characters aren't characters. As I say, I gave the game a fair chance and powered through to the end. A few parts made me laugh and, as said, the graphics are amazing for a game released in 2016 but, not enough for me to actually like it. Any further hours on this game will 100% be me playing the secret port of TimeSplitters 2 because I can't see myself genuinely replaying this game ever lmao Thanks to that one dev that hid it. You made this purchase worth it.
This game... aged like wine? Uh??? The premise is generic, yes, but... in 2025... this is... unique? It plays like far cry minus the huge map and cars except for bikes, the missions are good. The side quests like conquering territories system is more bearable than.... Farcry6? (Both theme hit the same with revolution) There's no PR narrative or cringe, everything is presented as it should. Gameplay is fun and fluid. The only con is the weapon modification during mid combat, that can be annoying, but if you can avoid it. It's a good game. I'm just shocked. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a feeling of what it used to be like in fps games in the 2009 with a descent modern graphic. And it has Timesplitter2.
Worth picking up on sale just to have a PC port of TimeSplitters 2. The game it comes with is... Fine, I guess.
Came for the TimeSplitters 2, stayed for the TimeSplitters 2. Did you know this game has an HD copy of TimeSplitters 2 built into it that you can fully unleash via a simple mod? and to the unholy shifting vortex of publishers that find themselves temporarily owning this franchise and doing nothing with it. Are you aware that people actually like TimeSplitters and want more of it?
Worth it for the fantastic Timesplitters 2 port. Literally nothing else.
Game is on sale for $3 and you get 2 games in one. Not sure about the main game but TimeSplitters 2 is totally worth it. Look up TS2 Redux on Github. It's a mod that allows to launch directly and play TimeSplitters 2 in it's entirety with native keyboard and mouse controls. The only gripe I have with the mod is it doesn't save your game progression though which kinda sucks but it's still fun to play through the levels as you remember them on PS2,Xbox,GameCube.
This game has become somewhat of a guilty pleasure. It gives me this classic gaming feel while also being a pretty addictive open world. Now yes it is a checklist open world “urban far cry” as some call it. I actually prefer it over say Far Cry 6. So here’s Pros & Cons in my opinion. Pros • The World is beautiful and Immersive • Gunplay feels arcade like but weapons have actual feedback(You can just hip fire guns which is the arcade like i speak about) • Takedowns(are always a win) and can be brutal • Weapon Conversions(being able to change an AR into an LMG or a Bolt Action into a Firework launcher is so goofy but so awesome) • Difficulty(I like that you have to actually plan and be cautious when engaging in firefights because if you aren’t careful you can be killed very quickly) Neutral • Story( so I’m putting the story in a neutral position because while it isn’t a revolutionary story and the voice acting can be hit or miss it’s enjoyable to play through) Cons •AI( I’m not super picky when it comes to this a lot of games I love have not great AI but I can’t lie when the enemies just run in a line at you down an alley or literally watch you stab someone and do nothing can be rough) • Loading screens( unfortunately pretty much any area you go to you will have atleast 1 or two loading screens. It is bearable but I still count it as a con) • No Fov Slider( you must go into the config files to change this, which is more of nit pick but for most Pc games it’s a standard. Double note I set mine to 85 anything above crashes my game) So if someone is reading this and can’t decide imo $20 is actually not a bad amount but waiting for a sale is not a bad choice either. I would recommend the Homefront bundle because I enjoy both the original and this one)
