With +350 hrs on record I've been arround since the beginning, back when the game didnt suck. I can tell you one thing, the devs care about selling you gun skin DLC over fixing their game. Devs will literally spam the same brain dead reply "skill issue" as a reply to any feedback. Game was an amazing concept. Poor priorities monetizing anime skins over fixing fundamental game breaking bugs.
game i bugs and still in early access and selling you dlc :(
The game used to be so much fun. Old Island was charming. They then started pushing for more DLCs for money. Fair enough... but they didn't have to remove Old Island for the rework, which was abysmal. Also, the TTK feels awful. The best gun in the game (FAL) can be bought, even though they always pushed to keep the best gun unbuyable, like the MCX Spear. I feel as if this game has gone downhill fast after they added Mall (not saying that is what caused it; it's just a point of reference). Players can also fit all the meds and keycards they need in their secure container, which I feel you shouldn't be able to bring items in a secure container into a raid. Overall, if the devs lock in, they might be able to turn this game around, but in the current state, I cannot recommend it at all.
After having well over 1000 hours on this game, play on both steam and oculus, and being here from launch. I can defiantly say that this game has went down hill a lot. Back in 2023-2024 this game was amazing, couple of bugs here and there, but now the game has 5x the amount of bugs. Every raid I go into I come across a bug. The devs also never want to listen the the community, they take away things people like and add stuff nobody asked for. Just saying this game has gotten really bad and cant wait for Legacy Tabor to come out.
narcissistic and greedy ceo firing cm over a joke
They ruined the game. They should name it "Crash of Tabor" - game is literally unplayable.
The developers started out with a winning PvPvE VR recipe, and for whatever reason devolved the game into hot garbage. The maps used to be a good size, with good player engagement and interaction, they are now large with loads of overpowered bots and no players to be seen. GoT is now a mostly lackluster PvE experience. If you are thinking about buying this, you've missed the games prime time and I wouldn't recommend it.
Textbook example on how to kill a game. 1: Release it on a buggy, broken engine where items spin around in your hand if you grab them the wrong way and bags that phase through the world if opened at the wrong time. 2: Add 1 or 2 things every few months to tell people that the game receives consistent "updates", while fixing nothing in the process 3: When people are angry and start complaining about how broken your game is, how you add bare ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nothing each update, and that you're an egotistical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who care about nothing but profit; reply to their complaints with "skill issue" and shove a 5 dollar dlc down their throat. ♥♥♥♥ you Scott, and your sorry excuse of a game.
good game when you fall a quest is should automatically restart so you don't have to cancel it then activate it again
Greedy as boss who gets hurt over a joke
