Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The SCP Foundation has gone dark. Disturbing intel from one of the many Foundation sites, Area-12, an underground biological research and containment facility in West Virginia, has been forwarded to an anomalous branch of the FBI, the Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU).
Upon arrival the UIU are ambushed and trapped within Area-12 by a facility wide lock-down, leaving you alone and without backup. For reasons yet unclear, Area-12 has adopted a new agenda: creating weaponized hybrids of anomalous creatures. Now the UIU must get to the bottom of “why” and stop them before these monstrosities are unleashed on innocent civilians.

Anomalies are reality-defying objects, artifacts and creatures that inhabit the cracks in our world. These anomalies are what the SCP Foundation was supposed to contain; and their anomalous nature makes them dangerous to the likes of you.

Reviews
There are no updates and if there are updates its only about an minigame survival thing and not the campain. Also the campain is meh, it needs reworks. Please focus on the Main Game and not an minigame
The first hour an a half is the peak of your life, the honeymoon phase with an abusive girlfriend. Non-stop erotic action & novelty. Zombies, boss fight, weeping angels, & great gunplay. Then, it gets real... the colors show, slop, but not the good kind. Run to this place find a code, where is the code? Not sure maybe up your ahh have a good twenty minutes looking. Found the code? Great! Where is your level two access code? Finally opened the door go find more random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Enjoy your gunplay against two enemies & repeat. Just got love bombed by a damn video game.

They released a fairly impressive tech demo with insane potential 4 years ago and have been basically laundering money since. This game is never leaving early access im convinced.
No clue if the game is abandoned or if the devs are taking their sweet time. at the moment I wouldn't buy it until the game's direction is certain
Very good game, absolutely loved playing it with my friends. Scared us multiple times and dare I say even struggled in some parts. Enemies, levels and weapon customization all felt entirely amazing and I found myself wanting more. Only reason for negative review is because it seems like as soon as they got their new publisher, Balor Games, it's been abandoned. Played last when the Testing Grounds were released, had a "Meh" time with how it was and then haven't seen a single update, roadmap, or any sort of inkling that this game is still on the radar. If you want to drop the money on the game for a quite realistic SCP game, by all means, but I don't know if I can come to expect more out of 5K.
this game wouldnt be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass if they would actually work on the game, holy hell its been a year just do something
A buggy, unoptimized, unfinished mess, with mechanics that may or may not be intended, but are nonetheless impossible to distinguish from actual bugs. The good: The gunplay is satisfying. The sound design is great. The meh: The level designs are often unintuitive, leaving you hugging a right or left wall in search for the way forward. The connection to the SCP fandom is there, but it's vague at best. It may as well not have been there at all. In fact, it would probably have been better if it wasn't, at the current stage of the game. There is a story. The bad: The game stutters, like, always. While my average FPS is above 250-300, I get frequent and severe 1% dips down to 5-9. The game crashes frequently. Difficult to say if it is because it somehow overloaded my GPU, or if it is due to a memory leak. You cannot pick up ammunition from guns, despite there being dozens laying around. No, the ammunition isn't just the magazine you have on you, I've checked. When you die, all that ammo is just... gone. Like it never existed. Just as any weapon you had, that you didn't have out at the time of death. There are areas where the enemies keep spawning endlessly, meaning that if, or rather when, you die, you will come back to twice the enemies that took you out the first time. The Screen-hopping SCP ignores the one rule it set -- at first you realise you can take out the screens that it appears on, but eventually it will decide to just ignore the fact that a screen is broken, after which you can't make it go away. The SCP Foundation Security are absolutely brain dead. I really want to like this game. The first chapter of the first campaign is tense af, especially solo. But alas, there are so many areas where the game just isn't even "Good enough," and as such I cannot honestly recommend this game in its current state. There is the promise for a lot of good things in 1.0, and when we reach that point I might reconsider.
The game is fantastic, it does really well capturing SCP vibes, especially the Arctic level, with that ending scene being absolutely GOATed. Everyone ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it "Being abandoned" are the same idiots who gobble up the constant crap pumped out by CoD. They're impatient. If they actually read the updates and Dev diaries they'd bear in mind it's an Indie studio, and with that, things take more time. Especially if we as SCP fans want it quality. They'd also see it wasn't bought out, they just have a Publisher now. The Devs still have full control. It's been only 4 months since the last update, give it time. I've been following this game for a LONG time, it's come a long long way, and while the waits are long, each update has always been worth it. -Gunplay is excellent, the attention to detail they have is incredibly pleasing. -This game while it can be played alone, is 100% more fun and beneficial for teamwork. -SCP Guards and D Class are crack shots. if you're not shooting, moving and communicating, you'll get pieced up like you belong in a popeyes box. - But it's also not overly difficult, you can get through levels without dying. -My only "gripe" with the gameplay and story is wishing I could report more stuff to the UIU Element still outside of Area 12's main facilities, so (largely for immersion) they have a better idea of what they're walking into and what they're about to face. - But also not too much reporting to where it takes away suspense and makes it unrealistic as doing reports underground would be difficult, if feasible in the first place.
Runs amazing on linux no issues. Holy ♥♥♥♥ this game is giga scary. And the gunplay is fantastic. and im hard rn.
