I'd love to play it, but steam failed to cloud-save my 30 hour playthrough. Got a new PC, and I can't even get through the long opening sequence without crashing. It's an old game, there's going to be issues; but if you're charging money for it, it had better be at least moderately playable. It isn't.
they could never make me hate you, my beloved. best game in the series also check out No Man's Home and Red Tears Angola
The game is good but it's almost unplayable on modern PCs. I had to install something called multifixer just to run the game and had to lock it to 60 fps so the NPCs wouldn't bounce around like they're using pogo sticks and it still crashes constantly. What's even worse is it often crashes while you're saving so the save file gets corrupted and if you only used one save slot throughout the whole game, you're doomed. I learned this the hard way and had to start all over again. I tried using the quick save feature but that seemed to crash my game even more. It may be an old game but you still gotta fix it if you're charging money for it. Especially if you're a big ass company like Ubisoft. Half-Life came out in 1998 and it still runs fine on modern hardware.
Fun game. Ill probably do another playthrough in the future. Necessary to prevent game crashes: DS9, VSYNC on, 60 fps or less
This Game Is Underrated . Yes i has some flaws but much better than the new games we get from ubisoft , DUNIA engine at its peak
it's VERY hard to compliment this game without sounding pretentious, but the immersion on offer here is just unmatched... one of few open world types that doesn't devolve into pure self-indulgent power fantasy, the world is unforgiving, unpredictable and even with the best gear you're completely at the hands of your surroundings. i only wish the rest of the series was more like this
Худшая игра в серии! Переоценённый кал. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2927850730
Make sure to keep trying out different guns so the missions don't get repetitive. Anything with fire makes the game super fun simply because of the fire spreading mechanic, you can literally create hell at will. Flamethrower forever.
tbh it's still a good game, i love the atmosphere so much, the gameplay is fun, the thing i don't like is the enemies with car, they keep spawning everywhere i go
this game is hard, and the fast travel with bus stops gives me malaria
