Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 20 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
ENDLESS Space™ 2 is a Strategic Space Opera set in a mysterious universe.
Your story unfolds in a galaxy that was first colonized by God-like beings known as the “ENDLESS”, who rose and fell eons ago. All that remains of them are mystical ruins, powerful artifacts, and a strange, near-magical substance known as Dust.
ENDLESS Space™ 2 takes the classic “one more turn” formula to new heights. You will explore mysterious star systems, discover the secrets of ancient races, build colonies on distant planets, exploit trade routes, develop advanced technologies of unthinkable power; and, of course encounter new life forms to understand, to court or to conquer.
As a leader, you have to manage your populations like never before as they react dynamically to your decisions and to their environment, expressing their will through political parties, dictating the laws that your Senate can pass. Will you be a beloved natural leader or will you manipulate your populations to your benefit?
Watch your fighters fly past huge cruisers while lasers rip their hulls apart in epic real-time space battles. Detailed after action reports will help you adapt your strategy for the next confrontations.
Design your ships, assemble your fleets and carefully adapt your battle plans to overcome your enemies. Once you think you’ve done it all, take it online against seven other players.
Immerse yourself in the ENDLESS Universe™. The galaxy belongs to the civilization that controls Dust and uncovers its secrets… but were the ENDLESS alone in the galaxy? What is the true origin of Dust?
Lead one of eight civilizations, each with a unique playstyle affinity and story quest, and build great stellar empires capable of imposing your vision on the Galaxy!
Find out more about the Academy and its powerful cast of Heroes, that you can recruit and train to become fleet admirals, system governors or influential senators.
Press ‘Space’ anytime to activate the Amplified Reality view and reveal in-depth contextual information about your systems, trade routes, diplomatic stances and even your ship stats during battle!

Never played a 4X game. It took me quite a while before I got the hang of it. I eventually ended up playing the Hissho, which play 'tall', and enjoyed it a lot more. I liked it
Very Very Good.
One of the top 4X games ever made. This game is so well polished, and judging by this most recent update, clearly well loved. Thank you devs and the unsung community heroes for not letting go.
Paradox is a greed monger that charges for DLC that should be in the base game.

I would say, this game is a pretty immersive Experience.
An absolute bad purchase, even though I bought the game on sale for a few euros. The space battle system in the game is just illogical with its battle cards. Accordingly, 2 of my largest battleship lost to 6 of the cheapest battleships of my enemy simply because they had the morale bonus. One of the ships was already bigger than all 6 of my enemy's combined, had far better weapons, better armor, etc., but apparently that doesn't matter, so my battleships were shot out of space without destroying any of the enemy ships. But the biggest joke about the game is still to come, I have started 3 rounds and haven't been able to finish one because the game always gets stuck at some point and I can't do anything anymore, the AI can still build, move ships, etc. but all I can do is press end round. I thought I'd give the game one last chance. It went so well, that for the first time in my life, I used Steam's option to get my money back. I talked to a friend who also owns the game, and we tested a few things. In the game, you have around 20,000 technologies and options to design your ships, and 99% of them are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The game gives you the option, when designing your ships, to choose between an armor and support module or a weapon and support module. So my friend and I chose the same faction and the same ships. The difference was that he filled every slot with armor and weapons, while I used a few support modules. On my defender ships, I replaced one weapon slot with a support module that says the ship will be attacked first by the enemy fleet. On my attack ships, I replaced one defense module with a support module that increases the damage output. And now guess what happened? I lost with a devastating defeat. Because of the missing defense systems, my attack ships were blown out of space in an instant. So it's really impressive how well the tank module works — or rather, how it doesn't work at all. Another thing we tested was the Moloch. Based on its description, it is a superweapon ship that should be able to eradicate all enemy fleets in a system instantly. But if your opponent isn't blind, you can forget about ever using this ship and its weapon. If a space battle is already happening in the system, you can't use the weapon, even if your Moloch is not part of the battle. So I thought I'd make a big-brain move. First, I sent a small sacrifice fleet into the system where my AI enemy had several fleets, just to trigger a battle. Then I brought in my fleet with the Moloch to activate its weapon. Couldn't use its superweapon because a space battle was ongoing. Okay, maybe my sacrifice fleet first needed to be annihilated by the enemy. I started the battle, got the message that I lost, and instantly the next window popped up, the second enemy fleet triggered a battle with my Moloch fleet. So another space battle started, and again I couldn't use the Moloch's superweapon. Because of the superweapon, I had to sacrifice several normal weapon slots on the Moloch, so it was blown out of space together with the rest of my fleet. Next attempt, I sent in my second Moloch and tried to activate its weapon instantly. It entered the system, and the AI triggered a space battle immediately I didn't even get the chance to activate the weapon. By the way, it's not possible to equip the Moloch with a stealth system. Okay, one Moloch left. My enemy had used all its attack points, now it was time for my third Moloch to shine. It entered the system, but the time I needed to activate the weapon was enough time for the AI to remove all its fleets from the system. So the only way to use the Moloch is when the enemy has no attack or movement points left. The superweapon of the Moloch is usable every 30 turns, so I thought it would be a great last line of defense. It isn't, unless the enemy is blind or completely stupid. Since I'm already talking about defense. I don't know if I'm too stupid or if the AI is cheating, but when I attack a system controlled by the AI, I use ships that can attack the enemy's ground defenses before sending in my troops. I wait 2 or 3 turns until my ships have destroyed the enemy's ground defenses. Then I send in my troops and the AI is still able to defend it's system forever, even though my troops are winning the fight, I can't take over the system. The fact that my ships are still in orbit doesn't matter at all. Now the AI attacks my system with a very small fleet of 6 small ships. A planet with a completely intact defense system. First, I send in my fleet to destroy the enemy ships. Then I trigger the ground battle. And what a miracle, I lose the ground battle. What happens next? The AI takes over my system. The AI had no ships left, its ground troops were still outnumbered 1 to 10 by my reserves and yet the AI took over my system. In my opinion, Endless Space 2 is the worst and most illogical game I have ever bought. So if someone wants to buy a game with big space battles like I thought I would do, they should buy a different game.
