Echo Tokyo: An Intro

[h1] Сюжет новеллы прям как в хентае, но хентая тут нет! [/h1] Меня всегда очень напрягали и раздражали игры “на грани 18+”! Тут вроде показывают секс-сцену, но в ней всё прикрыто, замазано или заставлено! Даже когда показывают сиськи девушки, то сосков у неё нет! В игре присутствует расчленёнка, убийства, кровь и т.д., но вот соски разработчик рисовать не захотел! Потом смена качества рисовки тоже очень сильно напрягала! Иногда арты выглядят очень красиво (в основном в начале — всего несколько хороших артов), а иногда такое чувство, что арты рисовал 10-летний школьник! По сути, в игре всего несколько качественных артов, и то они специально нарисованы, чтобы вставить их в трейлер игры. Всё остальное — это арты с очень плохим качеством! Игра очень короткая, со всеми достижениями её можно пройти минут за 40. A good Visual Novel game. I recommend it for everyone. cool scenes. music is alright. price is in offer alright. all achievements work.

It's a dull story in which you get to make a few multiple choice decisions. Other than that it is just 10 minutes of clicking next.

[h1]Not too bad, but I still think it's lackluster...[/h1] I'm not necessarily a fan of graphical novels, but I do enjoy anime and even some hentai from time to time, so I figured I could always look into this. Also because the drawings look decent enough and well... a harsh(er) story doesn't really upset me. Unfortunately I ended up disappointed. The description claims "[i]professional voice acting[/i]" but I didn't really recognize any of that. I played the girls story and her voice was plain out difficult to understand because of the rather poor sound quality; it's a bit too soft but most of all hardly articulated. It's just a bland voice who recites some lines, that's my impression of this anyway. Look... When the story goes "I sigh" and the girl [i]literally[/i] says "I sigh" then I facepalm because... why not share an actual sigh? Which brings me to my other issue: there's hardly any emotion behind the voice. Even when she gets attacked and her clothes get ripped the voice is still bland and pretty emotionless. I also didn't enjoy the fact that it was only in English, I really expected some Japanese voices to be used as well (I know I should have known better because it's mentioned right on the store page, but hey...). [h1]Weird censoring....[/h1] For the record: I didn't pick this up to get a glimpse at some b00bies but... the game does warn for "nudity" and we do get into a scene where the girl gets attacked by some horny bastards who start ripping her clothes. Although I can understand that a game doesn't want to provide full nudity I do think they could have executed this much better than they did. I mean.... carefully placing some cloth fabrics to cover some specific parts? That looked ridiculous to me, not to mention plain out cheap; a classic yet dumb teaser. Either live up to the tag and basically provide what any manga would provide, or don't even bother to go there and keep things covered. But this really looked cheap to me. [h1]In conclusion...[/h1] I'm sure part of my 'nay' is based on the fact that I'm not necessarily a fan of graphical novels. However... the voice acting could have been a lot better than it is. The drawings aren't bad, some are plain out good, but some scenes looked just dumb to me. All in all it's not something I'd recommend.

全成就撒花！ 没有英文连看剧情的心情都没有，全程空格，半小时可以全成就。一共两个角色故事，女性剧情有5个成就，男性就1个，没有跳过键，有点恶心。

This is a middle of the road visual novel, that is to say, it's some mediocre artwork coupled with a mediocre story that you have to click through line-by-line, instead of just reading a book and turning the pages. They basically wrote a fairly bad book that they knew would never be published by any serious publisher, so they bolted some lacklustre artwork to it and make you click every time you want to read a sentence. When your game development plan is to try compete with a literature format thousands of years old, and you fail, it's time to abandon that attempt at a "game development" career. Despite the poor quality here, they want $7.50 for this, you can borrow far better books from the library or download them as epubs for free, it's simply impossible to recommend this non-game to gamers.

Echo Tokyo: An Intro is a VN with potential. It sets the story up in a very interesting landscape and definitely caught my attention there. The artwork in the game is also actually not bad, especially some of the backgrounds. The game also features an easy 100% achievement if you are an achievement hunter. However, one of the biggest downsides to it is the length. The VN has two stories you can pick one - the main one (Shizume) and a side one (Keiji). The main story has 5 or so different endings, but all the paths and choices are essentially the same. Only with the bad endings you end the game earlier. Given Dharker Studio's nature, they had to throw in a mandatory scene in which Shizume almost gets raped with some scenes. But regardless what you do, you end up in the same place, which takes probably less than an hour to read through all the choices and finish the main route. The side story is more like a kinetic VN where there are no choices. I personally thought the side story was rather interesting, and I was hoping for a bit more out of it. However, once again the side story is very short, leading to an unsatisfying feel. Overall, a VN with a lot of potential squandered with lazy (in the sense of shortness) writing. However, since the cheap price tag of the game, it is not as bad if you want to give it a try. Rating: 6.8/10 Recommend Price: $1.49 or below

[h1]Echo Tokyo: An Intro[/h1] Uma experiência bem curta por se tratar de um romance visual e ser só um jogo intro. Nesse casos é importante saber inglês pra caso queira entender bem a história, mas pode valer a pena jogar pelas conquistas também que dá pra pegar tudo bem rápido em alguns minutos seguindo todas as escolhas que o jogo vai te oferecendo e se gostar tem um outro jogo dessa série Echo Tokyo que é bem parecido no estilo e da pra completar rapidinho também.
