RC-AirSim - RC Model Airplane Flight Simulator

My son and I are just getting into flying r/c planes, and this simulator is helping us hone our skills. This program is perfectly compatible with our Steam Deck. We've encountered no issues playing it on the Deck.

i have a dual shock ps4 controller. the controller is recognized in windows but does not work in the game properly . how can i map it properly

good cheap way of learning essential basics... it is very basic graphics but a good leaning tool, i do wish there was more than one scenario though

The game is very good for a Unity game, so for there are ZERO bugs. The game works as intended and features many planes. As a matter of fact, the planes handle as they should as well; the only two things that I would say that I dis-like about the sim is the lack of graphical appeasement and NO WIND. The game is cheap, works as intended, and is an extremely good option for learning how to not crash and do some tricks with an rc plane. Also, if you want to have more than a basic sim, and want to have a lot of fun, look elsewhere, BASIC, but good.

so far it is pretty realistic. the high wing trainer flys just like my superstar 40. the physics are pretty realistic. i am also able to connect my planes remote to my pc and fly the planes that way. i wish there were more maps. i think some maps with more obstacles to practice in those environments. i also think there should be a weather system. i think wind should be added to make it more realistic.

[h1]not a bad game[\h1] Controller support can be a little tricky to set up if you dont know what you are doing, and overall there is not a lot to do in game, but its fun to brush off the dust and mess around in this game for a few minutes every now and then and it runs really smoothly dispite having fairly realistic physics. I rate it 7/10, I recommend this game for those who like simple games with no fancy features.

add more maps

This is a really good RC plane sim. Could use more maps though. And planes.
