Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

you NEED mods like 4gb patch otherwise it will crash. nonetheless amazing game, but frustrating at times
Amazing. The storytelling, the characters, the aesthetic, just perfect. Still holds up, a few crashes here and there but nothing major.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8/day in the week to Jul 30 → 6.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I don't really write reviews often. But I figured I'd help people out. Use a Windows 7 emulator to play this game. There's still bugs and you may (or may not) have to tinker some, but you can bypass many of the crash causes that occur due to running DA:O(UE) on modern systems.
🐉 DRAGON AGE: ORIGINS ⚔️
Voto personale: 87/100 🏆 | Data di completamento: 11/08/2026 📅 ────────────────────────────────
✨ INCIPIT
Awakening completa ottimamente l'esperienza migliorando diverse Quality of Life e ampliando sistemi già solidissimi.

I have played this game before back in 2010, and for reasons I can't rightly remember I did not like it at the time. I don't think I spent more than hour playing. Fast forward to now, I was looking for a 'summer game' that would not turn my computer into a space heater, and chanced upon this game, and thought: I should give this another shot. What I wasn't aware of when I bought it is that the game was clearly never designed to operate on modern hardware, and despite having a high-end PC, I still found that the game consumed more resources than what I had expected based on how awful the game looks by today's standards. The game was designed to operate on a single processor core, and cannot consume all of the available memory even after applying various fixes as well as third party utilities such as a 4gb patch. So the game bottlenecks the computer. As unforunate as that sounds, that alone doesn't warrant a negative review and I decided to push on despite the summer conditions. The game still runs cooler than many modern triple A titles after all, and I managed to get it running in a stable and satisfactory fashion. I had played Inquisition in the past, and found it enjoyable enough to warrant about 3 playthroughs. Decent as it was, it wasn't quite memorable to me and it took me forever to recognize many of the characters already present in this game. Granted, my last playthrough in Inquisition was probably about 7 years ago, but I still find it important to mention considering how much time I must have spent on that. Inquisition was just never among the RPG greats. So firing up the campaign and creating a character, I had an excellent first impression, and I thought I was in for a good time. The controls are clunky, but considering my past experience with BG3 and Inquisition I got the hang of it very quickly. The story itself isn't particularily original, but the game comes with a cast of strong characters that have their own personalities, traits and different ways to interact with them that warrants a second or third playthrough. There are tons of options to roleplay and lots of choices to make, which is a good thing. But after playing a good 20 hours or so I rapidly started losing interest. The most important components of the main quest consists of gathering allies for a world-ending threat known as the Blight. Predictably, every ally has their own problems so you need to go about solving those before they commit to your aid. It is here where the game starts becoming repetitive and tedious, because usually solving their problems involve you walking through samey looking environments with the same 3-7 enemies attacking you every 10-20 paces that you take. Combat is extremely unengaging as your characters auto-attack and you can configure what abilities they used via a so-called tactics menu, and the rest happens automatically. I had finished Redcliffe and the Magi circle and was busy doing the quests for the Dalish elves before I had enough. The dungeons are just far too long for what you need to do and fighting the same enemies over and over again, with little need to change your tactics from fight to fight doesn't appeal to me. I think the game would have been better if there were fewer, but more difficult fights. In addition, they could have made many of the dungeons either smaller, or more unique-looking. There is just too much time between questing and going back to settlements to trade, which makes for a poor gameplay loop. I did a few side-quests but determined early on that most are not worth doing. These usually consists of fetch-and-deliver type filler that you do mostly for resources and maybe experience. It might have been fun if combat was more engaging, but I decided to push on with the MQ. That too, proved to be quite boring. I am sure that if you can put up with tedious combat, exploration and environments that there is a fun game to be had here. I think it's more about the roleplaying and about character interactions as well as the choices you make to determine quest outcomes. As for me? I did not like the game as a whole, even though I felt some aspects were strong individually. As such I didn't mind trying this game at all, even if I will probably never touch it again.
