Not as good as eternal, but it's doom.
The visuals in this game are fun and so is the combat. I'm not an amazing gamer. I like something that is immersive and easy most of the time. I've found that with most DOOM games on the lowest setting I can just have fun with getting through the campaign without struggling too much with bosses. Having said that, the higher difficulties would be a real challenge to someone that likes them. I'll definitely sink a few more hours into this game, and I'm excited about the new DLC as well. I should also mention the music in this game because it is really moody and gives the game a great feel.
The base game was a change of pace from Eternal, and was still fun in its own right. Then they made Revelations and it's just so peak.
juegazo 10/10
I love Doom the dark ages! The main campaign was very enjoyable! It had a solid story with a main villain that was really cool in design and decentish depth as a character! The combat is so good! I love the shield it's just a well designed weapon! The redesign for all the enemies to fit the aesthetic of medieval times looks so good! The combat while slower than Eternal is still very fun! The new weapons are amazing additions as well! The only down side is the way glory kills work in this game. It's a big downgrade from previous entries, but otherwise this game has all that i want in a doom game! 9/10! I'll probs add more after finishing the dlc
Doom is boom and this is the boomest doom yet 9.5/10
