Its great
Plays differently, but still fun.
fun solo doom game good gameplay mechanics streamlined combat system love the more grounded approach and parry system of the game overall a great prequel game for the series to help fill in the the events before doom 2016.
Didn't feel like Doom at all. Shield parry was extremely forgiving and would lead you into enemy projectiles due to it ping ponging you around to parry green projectiles. I immediately went back to Eternal. The story was much better this time around though.
Bardzo dobra gra
It's quite pricey for what you are getting, but what you are getting is pretty good. Combat still feels in my opinion as fast as doom eternal but different. It now has a stronger reaction time element to it since you have to time your blocks against enemys and you are more encouraged to fight extremly offensively. In doom eternal, from what I remember, the combat loop felt more like you where a moscito on steroids. Like you go in fast and hit hard but can get killed in like 2 seconds and have to leave the fight to heal to than be able to start again. Here you are more like a tank ( who is still quite fast all things considered ) who charges in and fights from start to finish without pause really. For me this gameplay loop feels just as fast and exhilarating as doom eternal but I can see how it may not be the cup of tea for everyone. The graphics are amazing and for me the game runs pretty well but I also have a pretty nice computer. All in all I believe this to be a pretty amazing game but I am not sure if I would say it is worth for someone to spend 80 bucks on this experience ( My gilfriend baught it for me when it was on sale ) . For 60 and under I personally would consider it a steal if your pc can run it well enough.
One of the best FPS of all time.
