Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.78/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a real shame that this game is so incredibly unstable. Half of my launch attempts fail, and I get constant crashes to desktop when changing areas or entering events. The gameplay itself seems fun, but I couldn't even make it to where you unlock dragon form. Just absolutely unplayable for me, and there don't seem to be any mods that fix it.
Where do I begin with this one? If I'm being honest, it wasn't a bad game. It unfortunately more than anything suffers from extreme poor performance in 2026. If it was just the constant crashing that led you to spamming the quicksave button whenever going through a door in fear of losing progress, I would be annoyed, but not mind THAT much. But I had to download a fan patch for the game to even make it playable to begin with due to severe screen tearing and jittering issues. Took about 2 hours of troubleshooting to even bring the game to a playable state. As for the story, it is extremely bare bones, but Larian puts a lot of love into their dialogue and it is the biggest saving grace of the entire game for me. It kept me engaged and made me WANT to do side quests. Which is a good thing considering you have to do side quests if you really want anything of substance out of the game. I can't even begin to imagine how short the game would be if you just sped through it only doing the main quest. The combat is my least favorite thing about the game. I can't speak for other classes, but I went ranged for the whole game and I went from being pretty weak and chipping away at enemy health, to quickly becoming so strong that I actually one shot the final boss with a single spread arrow attack. Combat is a slogfest. Other reviews have explained it more in detail than I'm going to, but there's essentially two types of enemies: melee attackers and oh my god stay behind a wall and dont let them see you. If an enemy archer even gets a whiff of you for more than one microsecond, you will have poison, stun, and blast arrows coming right at you which are undodgable if you dont INSTANTLY duck behind a wall or some kind of environmental cover. The negation stats dont work and you will continue to be plagued by them for the majority of the game. But it's just those two. Mages are pretty much ignorable as long as you just keep moving. No matter what enemy type you are fighting in game, it's all the same exact attacks. Nothing is unqiue, not even bosses. Not even the final boss. I couldn't believe how boring combat was. Also they just spam enemies EVERYWHERE. In the FOV areas, it's just clusters of densely packed enemies everywhere the second you enter a hostile area. Very unfun. The dragon stuff, while also very boring, still somehow managed to be more engaging to me even if it was just destroying stationary targets and occasionally shooting a fireball at a tiny fast moving thing. I enjoyed flying around the maps and exploring. Easily the highlight of the game for me. The Orobas Fjords were densely packed with tons of content and stuff to do. Though once the novelty of the dragon mode wears off, you start realizing just how janky and annoying it is when you constantly have to struggle to find a place to transform and take off. All in all, I did enjoy the game. I only can't recommend it because I know most people aren't as bullheaded about this stuff as I am. I enjoy the Divinity games for the lore, and Divinity II definitely doesn't skimp out in that regard. I've been playing them in order of release starting with Divine Divinity and then Beyond Divinity before this. I can say with every fiber of my being that this game is leaps and bounds better than Beyond Divinity, but nowhere near the peak that was Divine Divinity. I have heard many good things about the Original Sin games, so I look forward to finally going into them from here. To wrap up/TL;DR: The game is a performace nightmare with mediocre combat and boring enemies that is fun to explore and to learn more about the world while slogging through dungeon after dungeon of the same thing over and over again.
I love playing a game from 2012 that you pray to god doesn't crash when you try and start it!
Last time I played this game I didn't find it so frustrating. That was over a decade ago. The combat is atrocious and all encounters are separated into 2 categories: enemy group has archers and enemy group doesn't have archers. Archers are the bane of your existence should you pop up in their line of sight at max distance for half a second - you already will have HEATSEEKING poison and stun arrows fly into your face, occasionally even ignoring obstacles and terrain. Meanwhile on higher difficulties fight without archers boils down to jumping around like a monkey to avoid the projectile spam from enemies or finding a place to cheese them. Both of which are totally boring and tedious to sit through. And also test your patience like no other things. The game also requires technical patches to actually function on newer hardware without slideshow/stuttering and crashing every time you alt-tab. The exploration is the only strong suit of this game: this is what all those "open world gacha games" stole ideas from and dumbed them down. A lot of secrets which are entirely missable, or even with hints from in-game mechanics not as obvious how to get to. Story is alright, but it's very, very focused on one thing: PC confronting Damien. All sidequests always feel too short to really start getting places outside of the main story. Very little of those last for more than requiring 2 actions from you, and then end. I cannot give it a recommendation no matter how much I enjoyed it back in the 2010s. It just aged extremely poorly and even the very first game in the series "Divine Divinity" holds up better. If you can't handle its old graphical style I recommend starting with D:OS, as it is the best game in the series.

CHILDHOOD GAME
