Fable - The Lost Chapters

[h1] Одна из первых игр на ПК в которую мне довелось играть [/h1] Воистину легендарная игра, пройденная, ну раз 30 точно. Фулл обзор я сделаю на ремастер, а здесь просто поставлю лайк и расскажу свою историю. Это была одна из первых игр, в которые я играл, ещё в детстве наравне с Indigo Prophecy. Самым первым ПК у меня был не ПК, а ноутбук. Некоторые Олды вспомнят, была такая фирма "RoverBook", к слову наша, Питерская, задолго до Dexpов и Ardorов, делали крутые вещи, жаль, что закрылись. Так вот у меня был, ну наверное самый слабый и простой из вообще всех их ноутбуков. Так вот, ввиду понятного уровня мощности у меня в игре не было травы, а лежал "снег", да именно везде просто была белая пелена, везде где была земля, листвы на деревьях естественно тоже не было. А вся вода была жёлтого цвета. Ну я, будучи ребёнком не придал этому значения, подумал сказочный мир, мало ли может так должно быть. И вот пройдя её за мечника, лучника, плохого, нейтрального злого, через время я попал в гости к однокласснику у которого был нормальный мощный ПК. И тогда я словил самый первый когнитивный диссонанс в своей жизни. Я увидел, что трава то на самом деле синяя, что и солнце есть и листва. Я ещё спросил тогда "Это вторая часть или другая версия?". Одноклассник показал мне диск и я понял, мой ноут просто не тянул все эти текстуры, но игру тащил, как мог. Тёплые воспоминания. Было забавно вновь установить игру и побродить по Гильдии. Однако баги и вылеты конечно никуда не делись и они, достаточно неприятные, потому что, более того, сохранение игры работает по идиотски. И вот ты пошел с Виспер играть в лес, вылетела игра и вот ты снова первый день в гильдии. Но не смотря на всё это, на невыполненные обещания Молинье, игра очень крутая, в своё время она давала тебе возможность быть по настоящему свободным, делать что ты хочешь, пердеть, рыгать, источать вон или добродетель, вырезать весь город, после скупить всё жилье и ставить самые высокие цены... Вот же время было.. b] Игру к покупке конечно же рекомендую, но по акции, в коллекцию, как напоминание о тех славных и беззаботных временах, далеких 20 лет назад [/b]

Was looking forward to playing this, but the camera and mouse pointer has this consistent jittery/stuttering movement that makes it really unpleasant to play. It seems to be a common issue with no solution, unfortunately.

old game. dated humor, and even more dated contols. combat is fine but making a moral decision is the difference between taking your family out for a nice dinner, or eating the family dog. There is no subtly and its clique.

Fable is, without a doubt, my go-to adventure game. What makes its story so fascinating is not just its great villain, but how the fate of Albion is shaped by your actions. The game gives you absolute control over your morality: from becoming a legendary hero to transforming into the most feared being, even reflecting on your character's physical appearance. You decide whether to give in to revenge or embrace forgiveness; here, every choice has consequences.

Been replaying this old favorite on the Steam Deck with custom controls and it is such a different experience! Playing this on a keyboard and mouse was very classic rpg with spells and actions mapped to the number bar and the F1 - F12 keys. Although mapping exactly what I want to do with my hero to each button on the Steam Deck took some trial and error, I am now a complete and total badass! I'm slinging spells off the number bar with the back buttons, attacking with R1 and Blocking or rolling with L1 (almost like a janky souls game lol), and some buttons I have mapped to do 2 things at the same time. Everytime I draw/sheathe my melee weapon for example, I also cast Multi Strike. This game is always at such a low price, and is easily worth every penny regardless of how you play it, but heads up if you're a Steam Deck owner! This has been a blast! I'll try to remember to share my controller configuration before I start playing again later. It's especially suited to what I'm calling my Arcane Archer build. At the time of writing this, Fable the lost chapters is on sale for $3.29. It looks better than Fable Anniversary and reliably runs at 60fps, and it's dirt cheap.

10/10 - El mejor simulador de patear gallinas. Entras queriendo ser el héroe de la luz, pero a las dos horas eres un viejo calvo con cuernos por comer demasiados pollitos crujientes. Salvas al mundo de la destrucción, sí, pero todos en el pueblo te siguen llamando "Persigue pollos". Y seamos honestos: el verdadero desafío de este juego no es derrotar a Jack of Blades. Es gastarte todos los ahorros de tu heroica vida en el burdel de Blackwood, intentar conseguir a toda costa la tarjeta de cliente frecuente, y luego volver a tu casa para explicarle a tu esposa por qué estás en bancarrota y ahora todo el reino te llama "Semental". Una joya absoluta de la gestión financiera y la dudosa moralidad. Cómpralo ya.

Mil vezes melhor que o remaster bizarro lançado anos depois. Recomendo para qualquer fâ de ação e aventura em terceira pessoa, a história pode não ser super interessante ou oferecer muita variedade de escolhas como em outros rpgs, mas há sim diversos seguimentos que ainda demonstram o amor e qualidade desse clássico.
