Reaping souls of the dead and punching a clock might get monotonous but it's honest work for a Crow. The job gets lively when your assigned soul is stolen and you must track down a desperate thief to a realm untouched by death - where creatures grow far past their expiry.

good
This is what some studios must be watch these days. This is a very nice game, simple but well designed combat system, the game's story and lenght aren't unnecessarily drawn out, the art direction is awesome (for my taste at least, even though some ideas, like the yeti, aren't the most creative) and the level design is quite good, not to mention the ost which is of excellent quality. The only downsides i can think of is: - the excessive number of enemies in certain areas and the lack of variety among them; - the absence of risk in dying (maybe this is a downside only for me); but that doesn't detract from the positives i mentioned earlier or the high quality of the bossfight (i loved the second to last one). 8/10
fun but the games kinda bad at giving direction.. good tip: you can walk through bushes. truly enjoying the game though
Her anlamda aşırı basit, aldığı övgüleri hak etmiyor
Awesome game
Good not great. Needed a bit more combat juice or some sort of unique idea to really be compelling. Good: -Visuals are really good aside from the few times where you can't really see your character in all the chaos (or the camera zooms out way too far). All the areas looks nice and unique. -The characters are dialog are fun. -Character feels mostly smooth and snappy. -End game is the best part of the game. -Each area is fun to explore and feels unique. Good shortcuts that act as checkpoints. Ok: -Enemies are a bit of a mixed bag. Some enemies/bosses feel fun to fight. The openings/attack telegraphs for those enemies are clear and expoitable. Other enemies seem to just randomly flail around, making fighting them really tedious. Most bosses are just way too easy. -Enemy spam becomes a problem in some areas. -Upgrade system is whatever. Probably needs to cost less to buy a point. 100% completed the game without avoiding enemies and didn't even come close to being able to afford everything. Bad: -Combat is just a little too simple. There really needed some more complex attacks or at least some sort of unique combat mechanic. -Game is very linear until the end. You are given options of which area to go to first, but you really can't do them out of order. Fire ability -> torch thing -> opens next area, etc. -Nothing really interacts with the environment. Your sword doesn't even cut the grass/bushes. Makes the game feel lifeless at parts.
Such a nice little metroidvania. It's not really a soulslike, at least it's not as punishing as a soulslike, but it does have some challenging bosses. The real frustration is the lack of any kind of map. The environments are mazelike with lots of explorable locations and secrets. Exploration is tied to certain abilities that you only unlock later, so you are constantly moving back to earlier sections to discover new items and routes. This is honestly great at first, however I did this so often that I really missed having a map or some sort of direction marker, because the locations look very repetitive. The combat is great, the art style is sweet, the music lovely. Just wish the exploration aspect was more streamlined and easier to engage with.
A fun isometric game in the style of Tunic. It doesn't take itself too seriously, with most of its world being framed in a satirical sense. There were a few times where a bit of overt humor spoiled the vibe (Such as a character saying "RIP <Spoiler name>" right after a moving funeral), but the game mostly lets its characters remain serious inside their silly world. The combat is nice and fluid on a controller, and only suffers a little from the isometric perspective. The difficulty leans on the easier side of things, and the difficulty curve is a smooth one. It was a shorter experience than I think the asking price deserves, so perhaps wait for a sale or bundle for this one? Game Advice: - Plant all of the flower pots you find. There's no reward for saving the seeds, and there is an achievement for planting all of them throughout the game. - There are no "points of no return", take your time with everything. Getting the extra health and mana might make the game too easy- My recommendation would be to avoid these unless you're struggling with the current content.
I've always loved a good story about death. And this certainly is one of them.
