Reaping souls of the dead and punching a clock might get monotonous but it's honest work for a Crow. The job gets lively when your assigned soul is stolen and you must track down a desperate thief to a realm untouched by death - where creatures grow far past their expiry.

Very enjoyable but a little short. Everything about it is fantastic; the combat, art, soundtrack, story, the fact you play as a bird. The only two issues i have with it are its total playtime and the length of combat. Getting all achievements makes you go through every part of the game without missing any area, but is not hard, so don't worry if you like 100% games. That being said, I 100% the game in less than 20 hours. You can make another save, I personally am not interested in making new saves for any game, so i probably won't anytime soon. As for the combat, it can feel a little easy. I did my first playthrough only using the umbrella for the achievement and had a blast, genuinely incredible. After getting the achievement, i used the other weapons for the post-game stuff and during a second playthrough to get the missed hot pot and frog boss trophy. Using the regular weapons made the combat feel simple. Any basic enemy could just be walked up to and killed before they could attack even without upgrades for the first 1/3 of the game, with one dodge for the later 2/3. Besides those two points, I did not see anything wrong with the game. If you have experience with souls or souls-like games, I would recommend just equipping the umbrella immediately. It makes the game a whole lot better because you have to engage with the combat and you get a free achievement. If its too hard, switch back to the regular weapons. Still too hard? That's a slight skill issue. Game never felt like it was meant to be challenging like other souls-likes, but rather a fun and relaxing one, and it succeeded greatly. I played the entire thing in a two-day period because I just didn't want to stop. The art and designs are incredible and everything is pleasant to look at. The soundtrack fits perfectly. The combat, with umbrella, was very fun. The puzzles and secret areas are interesting and creative. No bugs or issues playing, but there is no in-game frame rate limit, so it tried to pull 400+ the first two hours. Simple fix, I just set a frame limit in razor cortex. Incredibly well-made and worth the money. If you're unsure on the price just wait for a sale, I bought it for $3 during the summer sale, absolute steal.
A really fun adventure game with lots of neat lore and gameplay.
cute and short game. combat feels nice and polished. also cute artstyle. incredible original score and cool story and characters too
It's a fun game that captures the essence of a souls-like in a cute art style. Boss fights, exploration and a fairly good story are there. The only problem were the controls (I'm guessing the game would handle better with a controller instead of mouse and keyboard) but that is something you should pick-up passively as you go. I managed to finish the game at around 8 hours and managed to 100% at 14 hours, with only a single bag happening throughout my entire playthrough.
Obra de arte
This is the soulslike game for people who dont like soulslikes. i am one of those people. amazing game from top to bottom so far.
It's beautiful but in a sterile way and the combat is very one note.
Incredible game, from it's art direction, soundtrack, characters, combat, level design, bosses, I highly recommend it.
Having fun with a crow and his light sabers collection
