Super fun rollercoaster of a plot, with genuinely endearing characters and wild tone shifts between occult lore infodumps, tragic psychological character drama, and the silliest comedy.

一口气推完脑洞很大的作品，画风也很可爱，剧情文本量很大属于越玩越精彩那种，全程基本都在主线没有无聊的水日常部分，唯一的缺点是没有配音，不过剧情沉浸感很强所以影响也不是很大

Death Match Love Comedy is a visual novel with a good amount of branching paths and a story that gets more interesting the further you progress, as all good novels should. Some of it flew over my head the first go around, but thanks to the Chart system, I can go back and appreciate certain details more without being forced to skip through the very beginning. That said, it's not quite as good on a reread as Raging Loop due to a lack of [spoiler]The Revelations Mechanic that gave you insight into what everyone involved in the scene was thinking at the time.[/spoiler] I will say that having a 'True Ending' defeats the purpose of having multiple endings, but considering the nature of DMLC, the True Ending is, unfortunately, the best way to handle any mainline story continuation unless Amphibian decides to make more sidestories. [spoiler]Ending 3 gives Rei Yagi a chance with Best Girl, so it's my preferred ending.[/spoiler]

this is a very silly game from the outset, much more than Raging Loop, and its humor is very dated and juvenile (think typical fanservice/ecchi anime jokes but without the visuals). If you dont mind that, there's just as much solid mystery content here as in Raging Loop. I ended up enjoying this much more than I expected. There's a certain point midway through the game where the plot starts accelerating rapidly and never lets go until the ending sequence. Very fun. Some of the lore explanations towards the very end are a bit too long and detailed, just like in Raging Loop, but it works better here. In short, absolute recommend for fans of Raging Loop who can stomach its sense of humor.
