Coof Attack is a really fun game to pass the time, haven't played it solo yet but with friends it's bundles of fun. I can't wait to see the future and development progress of this game!
Coof Attack is a satirical take on current world events where everyone has gone crazy trying to stock up on as much toilet paper as possible. You are hoarding the biggest stash in town and everyone wants a piece of that action. Your job is to defend your stash by fiercely lobbing your rolls at people as they rashly attempt to scale a building to reach you and your supply. If they reach the edge of the building, well... stomp them down! That's YOUR TP, they can't have it! They should have considered that before the world went mad! Set a roll on fire, douse it in ice magic or simply attach an explosive device to it and let it go. No one take can the TP away from me. No one! It's MINE!!!!!!! >:(
Super duper fun with friends, campaign can be real tense at times! Lots of perks and upgrades to choose from, lots of character customization and a really extensive custom level mode.
Coof Attack is a great casual game to hop in with your friend(s) and have a fun co-op experience. The idea of the game is simple really, but what shines the most about the game is its execution. The mechanics of the game are well thought and uniquely implemented. The special abilities and their effects are really satisfying. The game-play is smooth and there's many levels. Along with it's low price I think it's definitely a good game to get.
This is a very entertaining game, I recommend it. You should definetally buy it and play with your friends!
Super fun game, havent seen this gameplay before. Its cool to play with friends, i recommend it!
Remove the tutorial toilet paper and then you might be able to even play the game without needing to wait for a minute edit: they removed the tutorial toilet paper and now I can enjoy the game
<-- Review written for 3 Point Play -->
This is one of the games that were spawned over the historical event we, this generation, happened to live through (at least most of us, that is). Other generations have had their own share of suffering, as they fought in the Great War, WW2, or even earlier, and in a similar vein, lived through the Black Plague, or through the Spanish Fever. We, once again, the generation of the 21st Century, lived through, perhaps, the most meme of historical events: A random dude in China nibbles on a bat, and a few months later, forced lockdowns, compulsory mask usage, can't shake hands with other people, and we're bound to work and learn from home. Well, pretty much like that event that triggered everything that happened after, this game is a bit of an humoristic thing. You throw toilet paper from the top of a building in order to stop people that seem to have been bitten by the same spider that bit into Peter Parker, and thus, they're able to climb walls, the walls of your building, to take your toilet paper. It's sort of a joke about toilet paper being a necessity (specially in countries that don't use bidets) but at the same time, happens to be understocked everywhere in the event of different emergencies (look at Venezuela, for instance, where TP was missing for quite a few months in the first days of Maduro's government, and then look at the people who panic-purchased a mass amount of it, to no avail). Gameplay is simplistic in nature, and you can enjoy it (or suffer through it) with a friend or friends if you so desire. Honestly though, to me it felt pretty shovelware-y, and it is pretty unoptimized for a game of this kind: I would expect this to run on any kind of system, specially considering the not-necessarily next-gen graphics and the humoristic premise. But nope, it's laggy, requirements' heavy. Ambitious in the sense that it has a lot of customization options including a pretty complex stat system, perks, and some clothing and hats, stuff to customize the character visually. Eh, I don't know. If you're running a high-end system, and you have a lot of friends that might be interested in playing with you, it might be worth it. Otherwise, I'd avoid it like I'd avoid someone coughing in these present days, present times.
It is a clunky game clearly designed for coop and slow progression. But for what it's worth I enjoed my 3h with this game.
My friends and I tried to play this game (because it looked hilarious) and it would barely load on two of our computers. Once we got the game running it was so laggy and slow you couldn't really change anything even after reducing the quality and window size. The design is horrible and not cohesive between the spooky characters and buildings and the painfully slow cartoon toilet paper tutorial guy. None of the power ups made sense.
