Played this at a gaming expo and thought it was fun
This is a hidden gem, no doubt about it. I havn't played much on steam, but I tested out this game multiple times at conventions. This game is tight, compact, and a lot of fun. It feels great to zoom through levels, and the mechanics, dynamics, and aesthetics of the game are all really good. Plus the developer is SUPER kind and listens to people, and is committed to making this game great for everyone. I am happy to have supported him with this game. I don't generally even like time-based platformers, but this game is a great find. Would definitely recommend! Can't wait to see this game get a full release!

Great little game. Fast and responsive controls, If you enjoyed Celeste this game is a great companion to that Which focuses more on efficiency and quickness. Great soundtrack and great art design would recommend for the low price!
Got this game at PAX East 2020, as it caught the eye of me and some friends while going through the indie section. Right of the bat we were hooked. Flashy retro graphics and music, crisp controls, simple, fast paced gameplay, everything you'd want in an indie platformer. It's very easy to pick up and play as it's just so fun and quick. Online leaderboards add a fun challenge to the mix too.
Cloak and Dasher is one of the best platformers I've played. The controls are very precise and well-crafted. The physics are good and work super well for a game meant for speedrunning. The speedrun rewards feel extremely well-picked on most levels demanding super precise inputs from the player. The artwork in the game is amazing, adding to the game's atmosphere. This game is the definition of a hidden gem. Anyone who likes platformers should try this game, especially if you like speedrunning or precision platformers.

Validax le dev est cool et le jeu a donne de bonnes sensation. Simple efficace. La musique un peu rapide mais tout de meme cool.
