[h1] Short, Repetitive, and Boring [/h1] Agent Intercept is a port of an Apple Arcade game and it really does feel like a game that should've stayed on mobile devices. The barebones mechanics and repetitive levels create a game that might look decent, but gets boring to play even during its incredibly short campaign that consists on only 15 levels. The driving is on rails and all you can control is the boost and going side to side. There's no challenge in drifting around corners, and the only difficulty comes from trying to avoid the swarm of missiles and gunfire from the enemy cars. This gets old extremely quickly. There's no upgrades on any kind so there's no sense of progression either. It would've been extremely easy and thematically appropriate to have some kind of garage where you could buy upgrades like better weapons or turbo capacity. During the missions you're constantly interrupted with cutscenes which are super low budget and I found myself just skipping them every time they came up since the story was so bad anyways. If this was a free phone game with ads I wouldn't really think it was worth playing, let alone a game that costs money on Steam. If you want an arcade racer, I can't recommend it because you don't even have full control of your car, and as a spy game I can't recommend it because the story is generic, uninspired and boring, and as a plain game it doesn't really do anything to warrant a recommendation. It's not really a bad game, it's just very bland and forgettable. In less than an hour I had seen everything it had to offer and was ready to be done with it but because it's so short I just finished it. It also commits the cardinal sin of requiring you to complete enough secondary objectives in the levels in order to unlock more levels and that's just stupid no matter what game it is. 7/10 on the basic side but still fun + voice acting + cutscenes + 10$

Если вам не хватает в жизни чистого адреналина, то эта игра - просто идеальный способ его получить. Agent Intercept - это максимально бодрые гонки со стрельбой, где ты с первых секунд чувствуешь себя главным героем какого-то безумного голливудского боевика. Динамика тут просто бешеная, всё постоянно взрывается, летит в щепки, а темп такой драйвовый, что игра вообще не успевает надоесть. Твоя машина на ходу трансформируется то в катер, то в вездеход, ты уворачиваешься от ракет, шмаляешь в ответ - чистый кайф для разгрузки мозга. Сюжетная завязка классическая для шпионских экшенов, и персонажи вышли на удивление прикольными и харизматичными. Правда, местную интригу я раскусила на раз-два: кто предатель, мне стало понятно практически сразу, уж слишком очевидно его вели по сюжету. Но общему веселью это вообще не мешает! Если ищете что-то яркое, быстрое и не душное на пару вечеров - хватайте обязательно. Игра разбита на небольшие этапы, так что сесть, пройти 1-2 трассы в день будет самое то. Мне эту игру подарили по скидке меньше, чем за 100 рублей, до этого никогда о ней не слышала! И была приятно удивлена! В принципе, и за фуллпрайс вы не пожалеете - эмоции получите на эту стоимость, стопудов.

Mobile game ported to PC. Game is ok but not great. Completed under 3h. The gameplay basic and the more you play, the more you see the flaws. I cannot recommend this or on a heavy discount.

Agent Intercept ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un juego de acción arcade increíblemente divertido que captura la esencia de las películas clásicas de espionaje. Las persecuciones son emocionantes, la conducción es muy fluida y las misiones ofrecen una gran variedad de situaciones llenas de adrenalina. Su estilo visual colorido, la excelente banda sonora y el ritmo constante hacen que cada nivel sea entretenido de principio a fin. Si te gustan los juegos arcade con mucha acción y personalidad, Agent Intercept es una experiencia que vale totalmente la pena. ¡100% recomendado!
