Card Artisan

Despite not being a huge fan of roguelikes, this game got me hooked since I tried the beta. I've played many CCG's in the past, but being able to create your own cards is a game changer, and it's all done through a fairly simple and balanced system. It is fast paced, addictive and offers a good challenge. I would recommend it especially to any M:TG enthusiast out there looking for a refreshing singleplayer experience.

This game is a masterpiece. Being able to make your own card arts, designs, and abilities creates infinite replay and immersion. Do you go silly? Do you go rad? Do you go horrifying? You pick. The rogue-like elements blend well into the game-play. Highly recommend if you feel like being creative.

何か面白いローグライクカードゲームがないかなと 思って探してたら偶然このゲームを発見しました。 個人的にはとても魅力的ゲームですね。楽しめています。 カード作成機能や貰えるカードや敵のカードの効果やステータスがランダムである要素が特に気に入りました。 敵側もデッキ構築されたのもいいですね。 ルールもMTGに近いのもありすぐに理解できて遊べました。 またMODの作成も容易で簡単にカードの画像等を自分が用意したものに変更できます。 良いゲームに出会えました。制作者様ありがとうございます。

MTG寄りのSlay the Spireって感じのゲーム ビルドも組みやすくプレイヤーがﾊﾞﾁｸｿ強くなれて気持ちイイ リリース直後だしコンテンツ不足はあるけど、早速のアプデで クエスト追加もしてくれたりと　アプデも精力的だと思う バランス調整その他大変だとは思うけど、今後凄く楽しみなゲームです

After about 7 hours of play on day one and two, Card Artisan has impressed me with its fantastic gameplay and strong replayability. The artwork and music are great, though a bit limited for now. Encouragingly, the developer seems very active and committed to fixing and improving the game.

　ギャザっぽいローグライクカードゲーム、まだそこまで極めていないし、付けられる能力は制約やランダム要素があるがオリジナルの最強カードを作って無双するゲームぽいでゲームバランスは怪しいかも。 　クエストをクリアしないと一部機能やステータスアップができないのが少し面倒かもしれない。 　マイナス要素かいたが、やはりオリジナルカードを作るのはすごく楽しいし、それに合わせてデッキを組むのも楽しい。 　

First roguelike card game I’ve really enjoyed since Slay the Spire. Don’t forget to upgrade your hero — it makes a huge difference!

Note: I was part of the closed beta so its not new to me; but I paid full price for the finished game after release. It's a fun card battler, but with procedurally generated cards and opportunities to build your own cards (with RNG elements built in). It takes me ~1.5h to complete a run. I'm sure I'm not one of the more competitive players, out of those who were in the playtest. Anyways, it's a great game to play when you have a relatively small window of time to get some gaming in at the end of a long day. I really enjoy playing in "Adventurer" mode - which is basically like an MtG sealed tournament + campaign, you get a randomly generated deck, and you need to trim it down and rebuild it into something workable. Sometimes I get an unplayable dud of a deck, but usually I can make something workable for a run, and the strategy needed ends up varying according to what you start with and what you find much more than if you start with one of the preconstructed decks. It's a good time. Would recommend.

A fun little ditty. Combat is fast paced (don't get to familiar with your minions, a single low cost card can send them to their grave) and relatively balanced. Hopefully more cards will be added as the game gets more updates but even if it doesn't it's no big deal. Worth the price and worth a spin.

Big thumbs up for this title. It's a rogue-like MTG kinda game with excellent pacing, replayability and addictiveness. Developer is very active and responsive. Worth every penny, one of my favorite card battlers of the year.
