BlackSimulator

As a North Idaho white guy, this game was truly life changing. Seriously. BlackSimulator gave me a small taste of the struggle that all my previous efforts failed at. I was so moved by the experience, that I purchased a site license version for all my students in my computer class. Needless to say, most of them had their eyes opened in ways that only this game could accomplish. I eagerly look forward to Justin Fox's next game release! Also, most of my game time (3+ hours) was with the non-steam version, so don't be fooled by my low play time.

It is an amusing mini game with a suttle easter egg here and there, with great background music, and great animation!

black simulator has changed my life. To start, i'm a 59 year old dad and my life has been turned to ♥♥♥♥. Well, that was before black simulator. When i was in my early 40's, I was having crisis after crisis. First, I got fired from my job for misdemeanor. Then, my pet pigeon ended up getting out of its cage and injuring a poor baby in a stroller by disrespectfully poking out its left eye. Then, the worst of all, a gas leak caused my entire block to have to be evacuated. When they all found out the leak was my faulty, I was harassed for months. I was robbed, beaten, insulted, mugged, occasionally tickled in my pubic bone, and clowned. Then with my last remaining 3 dollars, I purchased black simulator. At first, i was expecting a stupid, uninteresting game that would have only short comedic value. Little did I know I opened the door to the goldmine of my life. I loaded up the game, and got to experience life as a black man. As I played more and more, I was interacting more with the people around the map. i died over and over, but then I learned how to help out others by doing tasks and knowing how to deescalate potential fights with strangers. Then, my life turned around as I was able to get along with everyone (even the african americans) in my community. i truly got to experience the black life. I was able to get hired at KFC and even made some friends and formed a "group" with them. I became blacker and happier by the day. I even learned how to get what I wanted, as my gan-I mean group would politely interact with other groups to make deals. I am 59 years old now with 3 adopted children and I have never been more proud.

Thank you so much for making this game! I loved every minute of it. It was fun, shocking, realistic and most of all, educational. I had no idea black people didn't like being stared at.

I love this game! Very entertaining, and witty. I wish it was longer.

This'll really put a lot of people on game for $2.99. Good dialogue, multiple endings, akin to a short flash game. Shame next to nobody has played it after all these years, but truth be told this is the kind of experience that will sadly fly over the heads of many.

this game is literally the first game someone should play whenever getting steam. its hilarious and out of pocket, i feel as if the endings are fast but thats the point. i could feel as if there can be more story building even if this games a joke. overall im giving this game a solid 7/10. its a decent game with a decent gameplay machanic.

I really dig the social commentary and the humor that is embedded in this game. Coupled with an old school RPG feel, I enjoyed manuevering my character through the streets of the city, interacting with other characters and doing missions. Great soundtrack as well!
