I enjoyed my time with Assassin's Creed III Remastered overall and think it's worth playing, especially if you're interested in the story or are making your way through the Assassin's Creed series. The controls are easy to get used to, the gameplay is enjoyable, and the story kept me engaged from start to finish. While it isn't my favourite entry in the series, I still had a good time with it. That said, the remaster isn't without its issues. I ran into several bugs during my playthrough, and some of them prevented certain missions or optional objectives from being completed. If you're aiming for 100% completion, be prepared for the possibility that technical issues may get in the way. I also found earning money to be more of a grind than it needed to be. Buying equipment and completing everything can take a considerable amount of time, which occasionally slowed the pace of the game. Despite those frustrations, I still enjoyed the overall experience and think it's worth playing—just go in knowing that the remaster isn't as polished as it could have been.
_____________8__88_____8 ____________88_8__8_____8 ___________888_____88___88888 __________8888______88_8____88 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______8_______8 _________8888_____8_______8 __________88888____8______8 ___________8888888______8 __888_________88888_8 8888888________88_____ _8888888_______8_____ __888888_______88_____ ___88_____8_____8_____ ____8______8____8_____8_88 _______8888_8__88_8_88888 _____888888_8_88__8888888 ____8888888__88______88888 ____88888_____8_________888 ____88_________8__________8 _____8_________8_____ _______________8_____ ____________8_8_____ _____________88_8_____ ______________88_____ ______________8_____

There’s a lot to say about Assassin’s Creed III Remastered and Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD mostly positive, but also some major negatives. Many people before me have already written detailed reviews covering what makes these games great, and I wont touch them. Overall, I enjoyed both titles. However, my opinion of AC3 Remastered changed after comparing it to the original release. The remaster is, in several ways, a downgrade. It’s frustrating that Ubisoft released a version that introduces visual inconsistencies, bugs, and changes that often make the game look and feel worse than the original. The original Assassin’s Creed III remains an excellent game, but the remaster does not do it justice. It feels rushed and lacks the level of care a remaster of such a beloved title deserved. As for Ubisoft, it’s disappointing to see how far the company has fallen compared to its earlier years. Hopefully, future projects will receive the attention and quality they deserve. For now, I have more confidence in the developers behind the AC4: Resynced than in Ubisoft.
this remaster is sh*it and makes the face models look like play doh Despite that ac3 is a great game that introduces alot of new mechanics and gameplay changes, which are all subjective but i didnt personally mind. The controls are very easy to get used to but can feel very different compared to what came before. For example parkour isnt as sticky as the ezio trilogy but it is alot faster and restrictive. Onto content on offer i was surprised to see how good it was, with standouts being the naval battles which predate black flag and the homestead missions which were some of my playthroughs personal highlights. As for story it isnt a masterpiece but it is serviceable and i liked how critical it was of the founding fathers of America at times. Connor had very big shoes to fill after the Ezio trilogy and he did a good job for only having one game to go off. Connor is a lot more serious and stoic character compared to Ezio's flamboyant and charismatic personality which can turn people away but i personally really liked and it gets fleshed out alot more in the previously mentioned homestead missions. Another story element i enjoyed was the new perspective on the assassin templar conflict that you get with Haytham as it shun some much needed light on the templars and their ideology as before they were just generic evil bad guys. All that said this game still has alot of issues with some that can block you from 100% completing the game but despite that i do recommend this game as its the only way to experience ac3 since ubisoft removed the original so if you got a few bucks or just really like assassins creed this is a must play at least once.
Assassin's Creed III Remastered is one of the most underrated games in the franchise. It may not reach the heights of the Ezio trilogy, but it tells a darker, more grounded story that deserves far more credit than it gets. Connor is often criticized for being less charismatic than Ezio, but that's exactly what makes him interesting. He's driven by duty rather than charm, and his determination fits the harsh reality of the American Revolution. Watching him struggle between two worlds gives the story real weight. The remaster makes the game look noticeably better, and the gameplay still holds up well. Free-running through forests, hunting wildlife, commanding your ship in naval battles, and taking part in large-scale battles all add variety. The combat is fast, brutal, and incredibly satisfying, making Connor feel like one of the strongest Assassins in the series. The pacing is the game's biggest weakness. The opening chapters take a long time to get going, and some missions can feel slow. But once the story opens up, it's easy to appreciate what the game was trying to achieve. It isn't perfect, but it's far better than its reputation suggests. If you're willing to give it a chance, Assassin's Creed III Remastered offers one of the franchise's most mature stories and some of its most enjoyable gameplay. Rating: 8.5/10 "May the Father of Understanding guide us."
