ANDERSON

As a first game from these independent developers, it's a fun puzzle VR game. The sound design is awesome, too. I highly recommend you enjoy this short and fun VR game. I can't wait to see what else the developers come up with!

Anderson is a very fun puzzle game. Even though its still in early access, it has a lot of potential! I noticed a few bugs and other issues during game play, and the developers were very receptive to the reports and suggestions. If you like puzzle games, especially in VR, this is one title to get and solve!

Anderson has so much potential... It's a nice short game with some interesting puzzles. The story is interesting and engaging and what it lacks in length it makes up for in entertainment. Worth the price of admission for sure. I cant wait to see what this team brings to the gaming community in the future!

Maybe a little rough around the edges, but a fun ride all the way through. Good puzzles, cool environment, good voice acting, and I love that the devs have actually been updating the game. Note that the game isn't finished yet but I'm excited to see what comes next! :)

The performance is really bad. Game feels clunky and lackluster

Part of me wishes that Steam reviews weren't so polarized, so that I could slap my rating right in the middle. ANDERSON is a short experience with a number of puzzles, but there are a number of bugs that have yet to be addressed. At one point, I wondered if I had sequence-broke the last part of the game. Other times, I wondered if the robot companion would stop spinning violently in and out of the earth. The worst part is that, also in the last puzzle of the game, you can barely see if you don't find something you're intended to find, which is hidden in the dark. But these puzzles made me think, and that's what I like about puzzle games. Needs polish still but is a delight.

For the price, it's ok I guess. I didn't enjoy it, it didn't run well, and in fact crashes unless on low. The titular character, Anderson, is annoying and basic, and seems to enjoy dolphining through the terrain. The puzzles are rather crap. I didn't feel like I'd worked anything out, or a sense of euphoria for completing one. There was no real connection to the games characters, or a reason for me to keep going. We are some kind of operative sent to ensure Anderson is destroyed, from what I gather. Grabbing objects requires you to press both trigger and grab at the same time, which got annoying real fast. I really didn't see anything that justifies it being a VR game. All the puzzles could be done with KB+M, though I did not finish the game, so can't speak for all of them. TL;DR: It's just a very basic, badly voice acted, unoptimised, glitchy, VR mystery puzzle game. but it is cheap. Personally didn't enjoy it, so I'm not gonna recommend
