Шикарная игра, по-прежнему страшная и жуткая, в хорошем смысле. Хочу отметить качественный и очень колоритный звуковой и визуальный дизайны. Донельзя мрачно и самобытно. Необходимо выделить и отличную профессиональную русскую озвучку, которая безошибочно передаёт типаж того или иного персонажа. Загадки несложные, но трудности в таких играх не нужны, это ведь ужастик, а не головоломка. Самое главное в этой игре -- неповторимый шарм готического средневекового мрачного зловещего и опасного замка. Амнезия постоянно держит игрока в напряжении, здесь нет бесконечных "скримеров" и суеты, этим она и цепляет, из-за этого она и страшная. Конечно, раздражает постоянно искать масло для лампы, оно не должно заканчиваться так быстро, но, полагаю, без этого игра была бы чрезмерно лёгкой. Что сказать, это классика, это надо знать. 9/10

Amnesia: The Dark Decent is one of the best horror experiences out there and stands the test of time very well! Frictional Games knows horror to its core, even from the start; and The Dark Decent is a classic in the horror gaming sphere. The atmosphere of this game is so well done. It sets up the setting, monsters, and other obstacles fantastically. Getting past the fear and the puzzles is thrilling and rewarding, and as an extra reward; a intriguing story to add to the horror. You can feel the world building and the care put into the gameplay here and it is truly unforgettable! And outstanding voice acting and sound design to top it off. The accomplishment and rewarding feeling this game gives you for taking some risky steps almost makes the gameplay addictive, and if you get caught up in that, don't you worry! The modding community has got you covered and is honestly one of the best. Custom stories still come out by loving fans today so there are a lot to play, and their are some unbelievably amazing mods out there to explore! I can not recommend this game enough to horror fans or people wanting to get into the genre!

Hard to get into and little overhyped in how scary it is but it got fun after a while
very good horror-esk game. there are certain bugs in the game (DO NOT JUMP ON THE SHOVELS) i also clipped out of bounds and fell to my death some how. Also if you are being chased by one of the monster just find a door and itll be despawned out of the area you were currently in. still enjoyed the game :)
