Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I love a jaunty trip through surreal worlds of prerendered '90s CGI. If you feel the same way, yeah, you'll get something out of Amerzone...as long as you temper your expectations. It's riiiiiight on the verge of greatness, ultimately brought down by pixel hunting, mazes, repetitive trial-and-error, poor feedback, soft-lock bugs, and a general lack of payoff.
🔸 PUNTUACIÓN FINAL: 1/10 📝 REVIEW IN ENGLISH 🔶 An old-school graphic adventure burdened by an archaic interface and a maddening lack of direction that drives players to immediate abandonment. I don't know what this is, I couldn't get past the first part, I had to exit with alt+f4. Benoît Sokal's pioneering work tried to offer an immersive exploration experience built around 360-degree node-based navigation and mechanical puzzles on a South American expedition. However, its outdated menu design, confusing point-and-click movement, and total absence of player guidance turn the beginning into an impenetrable wall for modern players, causing enough frustration to force-close the game within minutes. ✅ Pros: • Historical significance as the precursor project from the creator behind the Syberia franchise. ❌ Cons: • Severely outdated navigation system and clunky interface controls. • Complete lack of onboarding, hints, or initial guidance, creating instant confusion. • Extremely sluggish pacing that quickly leads to quitting the application via Alt + F4. 🎯 Conclusion: Amerzone: The Explorer's Quest is a game that has aged terribly over the decades. While it may hold nostalgic charm for die-hard nineties adventure fans, its clunky movement and total lack of initial direction render it a thoroughly frustrating and inaccessible experience today. 🔸 FINAL SCORE: 1/10

Incredible game from 1999!! Playing this bought back so much childhood memories of playing old PC games. Amazing story! I adore puzzels, point and click games so if you like that type of thing too this is right up your alley!
Amerzone has such a great atmosphere. The environments are beautiful, mysterious, and really pull you into the world. The puzzles are just the right level of challenging without ever feeling frustrating, and the story is genuinely charming and engaging. It’s one of those games that has a really unique vibe and stays with you after you’re done playing. Definitely worth experiencing if you’re into atmospheric adventure games.
Enjoyed this. Loved the imagination of the place. Thought the cuts scenes were fun.
Nice game!
I mean it's and old game, and it's mildly interesting. If you're looking for this type of game.
