Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Sep 4 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Me decepcionei com algumas decisões. Recomendo demais! Nota: 9.99/10

999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors is amazing. The setting and music are great, the voice acting is excellent, the story is enticing, and it's just generally a really good experience. VLR on the other hand, is not. The switch from 2D characters in 999 to 3D models in VLR is just bad the characters look dumb and the writing is bad compared to the first game. A lot of the jokes and witty humor from 999 is almost verbatim copied and pasted in VLR. When playing it you're like "didn't you already use that exact joke/phrase in the first game?". The writing is not just bad; it's lazy. I think the best way to experience The Nonary Games is to buy it on sale, only play 999, and then just pretend that VLR doesn't exist. 999 is peak visual novel.
A lot of fun. Got stuck on a few puzzles but the story is a lot of fun and both games are so interesting!
These are honestly some of the best games I've ever played. I don't normally play visual novels, but the puzzles were able to keep me engaged the entire 80+ hours it took for me to complete them. I will shamelessly admit I had to look up a guide a couple of times, as some of the puzzles in VLR get really difficult. As for the story, all I'll say is that it's a huge trip. You'll most likely not guess what any of these turns will lead or be. The only Negative I'll give is that in VLR, you have to follow a set path of choices, otherwise you'll run into a lot of locked routes, dead ending your paths. I had to look up a guide for it after running into 4 dead ends straight. But it's completely possible guideless. I picked up the entire Trilogy for full price, but I've seen them gone on sale around the $20 range, so they're very affordable (good, considering these are DS/3DS games) 10/10, if I get dementia I'm gonna play this game again
you know that iconic hat trick that clowns do? the one with the handkerchiefs? where the clown shows you, like, the edge of one handkerchief, right. sticking out of one of their pockets, or maybe his mouth or whatever. and then he tugs at the handkerchief and, bam! turns out it's attached to another handkerchief. how amusing! then he keeps pulling. another handkerchief! and the handkerchiefs keep coming, just this one string of tied handkerchiefs that keeps getting longer and longer. and you're watching, and thinking: surely that's the last handkerchief? surely this clown has no more secrets to keep. but he keeps pulling. and pulling. and you can't look away. that's what reading zero escape is like. 'tis a handkerchief string of a narrative in the best way possible. mystery on mystery on mystery, and the mysteries and the plot twists keep on coming, forming this delightful chain of intrigue and surprise. occasionally interspersed with the writers being horny jokesters. mr. sigma please stop asking the female characters to wear swimsuits. we have some codes to find. overall both games in this bundle are incredible experiences with engaging puzzles and fascinating plotlines. i suggest skimming some of the top reviews for tips on making the most out of both games (switching to the NOVEL screen for 999, how to toggle fast-forward text in VLR, trying other routes after getting your first ending, etc).
2 fantastic games with unique ideas and excellent storytelling. While the story isn't some mind blowing plotline, its memorable for how well both games throw out their concepts and ideas and let you piece things together on your own. I was shocked that some assumptions I made that seemed crazy in my head
(Like for instance I was wondering if the Titanic in 999 was actually a ship we were physically stuck on or was it just a well recreated mockup, and then at the end its revealed it is, I also had Sigma, the MC of the second game, Virtues Last Reward high on my suspect list as potentially being Zero and I basically went 2 for 2 on these crazy guesses)
would actually turn out to be correct. Both 999 and VLR have a story that ties everything up nicely and makes the entire experience and time investment to beat these games well worth it, any questions I had were neatly answered and explained and there's a level of satisfaction here that I haven't quite yet found in other games. I thought 999 was fantastic but after finishing VLR I would say I might like it more over 999 because the expansion of the game youre forced in as well as more in depth and quality writing makes concepts in both games much easier to grasp, and much more interesting. If you're remotely interested in concepts like time paradoxes, quantum thought experiments (Schrodingers Cat, etc.) time travel, abilities to alter history in a good or bad way, and really interesting puzzles, this game is for you. I got the games on sale but I would argue this is one of those collections where the time you spend and the experience completely justifies the 25 euro price tag. My only criticisms are that I didn't find either of the protagonists of these 2 games very interesting or likeable. Junpei is basically a blank slate 21 year old who has the intelligence of a wet rag, and Sigma from VLR follows in suit, with some really frustrating dialogue that I can't suspend my disbelief that either MC is mentally challenged. Sigma also has too many comments which are pervy, it felt a little forced. Some of the puzzles in VLR are a little tedious, requiring sometimes a bit too much from the player, but you can always choose to lower the difficulty of a room you are in which then spoonfeeds you the answer. Characters can sometimes feel conveniently stupid during key moments. All these are mostly preferential problems that never subtracted from the overall experience. Both games are easily earning their spot as a 8 to 9 out of 10 game
fix your game bru i progressed in it theres no sound and it doesnt save anymore ts unintalled it and intalled it back and it doesnt work verified the files and its useless still same issue
