Fun nostalgia trip back to a game I loved in my elementary school computer lab. Hard mode also adds just enough challenge to help keep it interesting as an adult (though still as easy as you'd expect from an educational game targeted at kids). Probably won't be all that fun for most adults without the nostalgia factor, but for anyone who grew up on this, it hits a spot.

Fun kids game from the DOS days. Holds up decently.

I used to play this game as a kid, but I only had volume 1, so finally getting play volumes 2 and 3 was a childhood dream come true

Juego antiguo de plataformas, ideal para quienes lo jugaron de pequeños en las escuelas. me habia quedado con ganas de completarlo y gracias a lo encontre en Steam, logre pasarme todos los niveles y cerrar ese deseo de la niñes

[h2]平成初期のころアメリカの子供たちが欲しがった教育ソフト[/h2] 2025年現在40歳前後のアメリカ育ちなら思い出補正で楽しめるかもしれない、子供とともに遊ぶのもよいだろう。 安定のDOSBOX、エピソード1-3まで収録されている。 デベロッパーのサイトから当時シェアウェアだったものが無料でダウンロードできるが、こちらはエピソード1のみで当然別途DOSBOXを用意する必要がある。 当時エピソード2、3は電話注文で郵送で受け取る形だったようだ。 ストーリーとしては字が読めないグレムリンがいじわるで本の文字を盗んだ、それを男の子か女の子で取り返しに行こうというお話。 アクションゲーム、「？」ボックスを最初に取ると単語が表示される、それに対応した絵を見つけて取るとまた「？」ボックスがでる。 1ステージ当たり7つの単語と絵をマッチさせればOK、出口の鍵が解放されるので扉をくぐろう。 間違えた絵を選ぶとグレムリンが1体召喚される、触るとアウトでステージ最初から、ゲームオーバーは恐らく無い。 1時間ちょっとでエピソード1クリア、収録単語は100くらいだと思う。 時代を考えると悪くないゲームだが大人がプレイしても面白くない、あと日本ではなじみのないモノの単語も少しあった。 DOSBOXのステートセーブが使えなかったので一気にプレイするしかなかったので頑張りました。 コントローラーが普通に使える。 エピソード1のエンディングでファックス番号とか電話番号が出てきたが現在も有効なのだろうか。 いろいろついてくるデラックスエディションがきになる（55ドル…） セールで99円、俺はなんでこのゲームを買ったんだ？
