had fun, invaded central america as sweeden
Terrible key bindings (non-existing almost), you cannot scroll to zoom in/out, the resolution is too low to see anything clearly. Really bad experience, even by the standards of the early 2000s. I got this for under $2, so, whatever, but you shouldn't even spend $2 on it. It's not worth it.

Victoria: Revolutions is what happens when a spreadsheet gains consciousness and decides to ruin your afternoon. You load in thinking “yeah I’ll build an empire” and five minutes later you’re drowning in menus, numbers, and buttons that all look the same. Nothing explains itself, everything feels like a trap, and somehow you’re losing a war you didn’t even know started. It didn’t just age, it turned into a museum exhibit that actively fights back. You’re not playing a strategy game, you’re struggling again an interface Do yourself a favor and just boot up Victoria II like a normal human being. Skip this relic. 3/10, empire management by suffering.
