Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Jul 23 → 6.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As far as an Early Access release, I enjoyed the content, and look forward to future updates. The concept of the game is interesting, the building is easy, and the mechanics overall are fun to learn. It could use some better optimization. I'm running an OC RTX 5070ti, and it struggled to maintain 60fps. I understand its Unreal 5, so I'm not too critical. One thing that kind of bothered me, is the same cookie cutter look for the NPCs. Yes, the skins change in different zones, but everyone still looks the same. I'm sure that was a side-thought since this is still Early Access. Overall, fun game, but wait for a sale.

TL;DR - V Rising is the game if you want vampire hack and slay with very good & smooth combat. Bloodlord Rising is the game if you want a sandbox rpg. I see a lot of people comparing this to V rising and I get why they do that. If you look for a game with incredible combat where you also play a vampire - V rising wins. It's not even close. But that is all V rising does vastly better. The second thing I like better about V rising is the plethora of options of where to build your castle(s). Not the building or the results themselves, in both cases Bloodlord Rising wins. Just the amount of options on where to put your Castle. Both games have an endless grind if you want the best equipment and in both cases it's absolutely not needed. I dislike both games equally in that regard, but Bloodlord Rising is at least still in early access, chances are it might get better. Now to the difference where I believe Bloodlord Rising is better: It's cheaper - yes the price for a game lowers the bar for me. It's a sandbox RPG, with people who already feel a hundred times more alive than any in V rising, despite still being fairly basic due to early access. I mean, you don't interact with anyone in V Rising, you just kill people and get a few lore snippets about the bosses you just killed. In Bloodlord Rising you have the rumors system about the mortals, which affects them when turned vampire servant. Not all your servants blindly obey you at all times, they have needs which you either tend to or eventually lose the servant. And then there are quest npcs you interact with, most vampires, some mortals. The only things it misses to be an actual RPG would be choice and consequence in the mainquest, currently that is only a thing for the sidequests. The sun ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kills you, run around at night. The minions who gather ressources can just be told what to get if the corressponding area has been unlocked and they get stuff in a timely manner - no more V Rising waiting at least two hours for a simple ressource gathering minion missing to complete just so I need to go to my minion and get the stuff from their inventory... which I could have harvested myself in 5 min. Bloodlord Rising has Global storage in my castle - all the chests are linked, their capacity just gets added and in your castle area you have access to all those ressources at all time. All the minions who are sent out to gather stuff just deposit into the closest chest they can find. And last but not least, Bloodlord Rising has a castle you can walk through and actually look at from a persons point of view and not from way above. Now you may have the impression that I hate V Rising and just say "Bloodlord Rising so much better" but you'd be wrong. I like both games vor very different reasons. V Rising has epic combat with insanely high polishing and it is buttery smooth. It just doesn't have rpg mechanics and much of it's balance has always been aimed at multiplayer with PVP in it's later stages, which I am personally not a fan of. Bloodlord Rising isn't going that direction and truth be told, the combat in Bloodlord Rising is currently lacking. But I ain't here for combat, I am here to be a vampire lord ruling over my bloodline, lording over mortals from my castle atop the hill, culling the vermin and protecting my two-legged herd.
It's a fun game and despite the clank I am really enjoying it. I'd recommend balancing the daylight time. Day time seems to not exists.
The game needs work, but the idea is great. combat should be way better to be engaging character movement should be improved as well i only recommend this game to those who doen't mind supporting a studio with great ideas, if not go play something else because the game is not finished i'll come back to write another review after updates and more play time

Has potential
I like it so far, it's still early access and the game lacks important features that hopefully will be added in the future. My friends and me got into the game now that character customization has been added and the player character looks cool, you can now choose your gender and two forms of appearance, aristocrat and hunter, that's pretty nice. The gameplay looks promising so far, the grinding and building is fun but not too overwhelming. The graphics look beautiful, exploring and fighting is fun and I like the inclusion of a storyline. Here are features that are currently bugged or lacking and I hope they might get fixed/added in the future: - The collision with the environment is very weird, sometimes you clip right into the floor, sometimes you slide off ledges that should be solid. For the jump and run parts this is a major issue, as sprinting and jumping can feel clunky and the weird collision throws you into the abyss where it shouldn't. - I need a feature to move structures and furniture around, when you've build them. rn you have to destroy a structure, get your mats back and rebuild it, but that seems clunky in the long run. - Build mode should let you use all items from the general chest, not only your inventory. Especially in multiplayer only one person can interact with the storage chest at one time and it's tedious to grab every piece of stone and wood by hand to build something --> the chest can also be occupied by NPCs who are gathering material for you and you have to wait for their interaction to be done, before you can access the storage. Please fix that. - I need an option to deactivate auto-aim in combat, it's annoying my character constantly switches the target before being able to finish one off. - I need more and better female hairstyles! - I'd like to use weapons in combat instead of claws only, but that's just a personal preference.
