Until Dawn functions as a horror movie you play and the game does a fantastic job of making you feel like you are experiencing one first hand. The game primarily functions around a choice system where you subtly decide the fate of each of the characters through your actions or decisions. It tells a story filled with both intrigue and terror. The atmosphere is unmatched and there are moments where you have to make choices you are unlikely to soon forget after you finish. However, the story leans into the cheese of horror tropes as well, some of the characters are downright annoying and unlikeable, and gameplay wise, this is basically a modern take on a point and click adventure, for better or worse. The atmosphere of this game is unmatched though and the mystery that unfolds through the narrative in gripping. Overall, if you are a fan of horror films, this is an essential game to try and will definitely make you feel you just survived the night of terror. This game is a grower and the more I think back on it, the more I end up appreciating it. 9/10
Fajna gierka. Przez trzy pierwsze rozdziały za dużo tematów około seksu, ale później zrobił się fajny horrorowy klimat. Historia wciąga, przerywniki są bardzo mocne, a gameplay klasyczny dla takich gier. 7/10
easily the best choice based horror survival on steam, if you want more like this then i recommend the dark pictures anthology. reviews are scattered on them but i personally loved the first season of games and i would absolutely recommend them
