About
Unihorn is about a young unicorn with a speech difficulty, trying to earn their wings at flying school.
The Flying Academy is built into an ancient mountain, with other students scattered around on various ledges and platforms. Most keep to themselves, working on their own climbs at their own pace.
The platforming is all about careful movement and reading the environment. Each section of the mountain teaches you something new—how to judge distances, when to take your time, how to recover when you slip. You'll find shortcuts nobody mentioned, and sometimes you'll discover other students who took the same detours.
Some unicorns who "failed" years ago still live in hidden spots throughout the academy. They've made peace with staying earthbound, and they'll share tips about tricky jumps or point out handholds you missed.
No timers, no score. Just you working your way up an ancient school that's seen thousands of students, each finding their own path to the sky.
Note: The game is short (around 1 hour of basic gameplay + hidden areas and achievements) - for some people that would be a reason to expect much lower cost, but I do value the game as is because of the hard work I put into it as a solo developer and because of the unique feelings and coziness the game brings.

I`m really sorry but the game costs 7€ and it took me 40min to get to the top and i wasnt good. This is too much and i will refund it Sorry. Also please make the Depth of Field optional it was more of an hindcrence for me and it was difficult to see the next plattforms . A Menu to change the grafic settings would be generally good. Also a point is that this game hasnt a drop shadow it isnt so big of a problem but a bit annoying. this review isn`t meant to be hate. I hope the review helps the developer and future buyers :D
At the beginning I thought it would be like A short Hike, but this one is more focused on learning to play than on completing small errands, so getting to the top is now a matter of pride than just checking a checklist! it's a fun game and I love the cute unicorns and the animations and noises so far. I'm very bad at it so the game will probably last me over 5h, but since failing is what gives you experience, it's the opposite of a rage game for me. I wish there were more platforming games like this one, I love this exp-earning-through-failing mechanic :) Edit: I'm already imagining a unihorn 2, with multiplayer and more customization for my unihorn aaaaa I love this TTATT

Such a cute and fun experience! Learning by failure is such a cool mechanic. The graphics are beautiful and I had a really good time discovering the secret zones too! <3
Probably the most wholesome and cutest platformer of its kind... I enjoyed it, even if it's a bit on the shorter side.
Little cute indie platformer! The game is short, but not in a bad way. The platforming sections are well made and the character controls feel great too. Controller support is there, but a bit lacking. Mostly playable but the right joystick to control the camera moves too fast and that makes it quite difficult to aim, other than that it runs perfect on the steam deck!
I gave the game A good try, and honestly I did have fun with the concept. Leveling by failing is a unique way to grow and improve. My only real issue is the game was made much, much harder with the sensitivity of the camera. Trying it on keyboard and the mouse only panned it left and right and kept going under the terrain. Using a controller I could move it up and down, but it was so very sensitive that the lightest movement on the joystick would send it spinning wildly. An ability to be able to just adjust the sensitivity would make this so much easier to play. Otherwise a fun silly small game with a fun premise.
